UA, and it's Teachers bashing and Bakugou getting what he deserved

Midoriya had all of the teachers' phone numbers. That was not a secret to his classmates and they were even relieved that he had the means of communicating with them in an emergency. Yes, Iida had Mr Aizawa's number but that was only his. Midoriya had them all, including Nezu (thank god Nezu hadn't found out about his analysis and the IQ. He kept that unknown for a reason).

This is because, after the raid, Eri got very attached to Midoriya in particular. When Aizawa-sensei took her in for quirk training and so that she wouldn't end up in the system, Midoriya would often visit her in the teacher's dorms. So they had made a group chat for when Midoriya needed to come over, so that he didn't need to ask permission every single time.

UA staff + Midoriya

Eraserhead: Midoriya, we need you to come over ASAP.

Deku: Sure, on my way! Is everything alright?

Present Mic: The listener is fine, but you are our best bet with kids, so...

Deku: Someone got hit by a de-ageing quirk? How long does it last? Who was hit?

Midnight: Holy cow, how do you always figure something out so quickly?

Snipe: Kid, that's Nezu's level of cryptic, have you two been in contact lately?

Deku: No, of course not! He only gave me his number for emergencies only and I will not abuse that.

Deku: Also, let me in I'm outside.

The moment Midoriya entered the common room of the teacher's dorms, he was ambushed by a small figure jumping on him. He quickly caught Eri, even at the cost of a small flashback back to middle school.

"Deku! Here, let me show you, my new friend!", Eri squealed excitedly and led Midoriya to the couch where a roughly 9 or 10-year-old Hawks sat. But he was... different. No laid back or relaxed stance or any of that. He was trying to make himself smaller and less noticeable. As if he's trying not to attract attention because attention means punishment if something was done wrong.

Midoriya pushed the memories away.

"Best Jeanist brought him here after his and Hawks' mission had gone south and Hawks was hit with the quirk. Roughly 3 days to a week. Depends on the person.", Aizawa explained while Eri started drawing again and Hawks just sat there not willing to touch anything, likely expecting a punishment if he did.

"Okay.", Midoriya said before he quickly put his hands up and signed'I'm sure you noticed that some kind of trauma is present.'

Aizawa and Yamada looked at him in shock before he rolled his eyes and explained further. 'Doesn't touch anything. Makes himself smaller. The Hero Commission fucked this up.'

The two teachers looked livid, but didn't voice anything and just nodded before leaving the room for a while. Midoriya knew the backstory of Hawks, he'd done his research (that may or may not have included hacking the HC-) so from the younger Hawks state, he could only guess what happened. Now, how did he get him to trust him?

"Would you like to draw?", the greenette asked the blonde who only slowly and uncertainly nodded. Midoriya took a piece of paper and some crayons as he sat in between Eri and Hawks.

"Who or what do you want to draw?", he softly asked. Hawks waited for a moment before he slowly and quietly said: "...Endeavour..."

Midoriya bit back a growl and tried to control his face. Hawks didn't know, just like the rest of the population, what Endeavour did, so he had to play along.
