Aaliyah's pov
I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting.
'Uh know uh caah manage alcohol an uh suck dung the bottle a red wine' I said to myself. Mr.Darkskin was so helpful, I don't know how he realized I wasn't beside him, it seemed he wasn't asleep.
As I walked in the bathroom and started vomiting, he walked in right after. He held my hair while I was vomiting and made me tea. He held a warm rag to my forehead while I laid back in bed, he asked me how I was feeling about a hundred times. I fell asleep and slept for about 15 minutes. I couldn't sleep, as I felt weak.
"Babe nuh mek mi see uh wid nuhn wid alcohol in deh ever again mi sorry seh mi did bring that come up yah," he said worriedly.
I wanted to disobey and tell him he'd see me with alcoholic beverages again but I felt so bad that I couldn't even open my mouth to say it. He held me in his arms like a baby and rocked me side to side and whispered under his breathe
"uh soon feel better baby, mi love uh".
I fell asleep and when I woke in the morning I was still in his arms. It seemed he had not slept,
"b uh nuh sleep?" I asked
"nuh worry bout dat, uh feel better?" He said.
"Yh babe I feel much better, mi naah drink nuh red wine again," I said untruthfully
"Uh naah drink no more alcohol uh mean," he said sternly. I rolled my eyes.
I told him to go get some rest as I could tell he didn't get much sleep last night. He did as he was told and I went to take a shower. I got dressed and went down to the lobby. 'Good man deserve good treatment' I thought to myself.
I told the receptionist I needed a tour guide, she got one for me and we left the hotel. I was planning on getting something for Mr.Darkskin but I wasn't quite sure what because this man has everything.
I took my phone out and typed on Google ' what do you get someone that already has everything' Google was of no help. We were passing a shop that sells breakfast I remembered he loves pancakes, so I stopped to see if they had any, they did, I told them how he liked it and got it for him. I also got him peanuts because I know he loves them. I came across a jewelry shop it sold mostly watches, I knew he loved watches so I went to look which one I'd get for him I saw some watches in a separate corner of the shop marked 'Richard Mille' I had heard that name before but I couldn't remember where. It seemed the watch was expensive because when I went to that section the tour guide looked at me as if he had seen a ghost. I saw the perfect one for him. I knew he'd love it I called the store clerk over and he straight up said,
"I don't think you can afford that mam" I laughed so loud and say,
"I can buy this watch and buy the whole fucking store including you". He seemed ashamed, he walked back over and apologized so many times. I didn't care for his apology. I bought the watch and walked out. I planned on getting a chain as well so I walked until I saw another jewelry shop. I couldn't find a chain. I knew he didn't like the big ones so I bought a Rolex watch. It came with a pen and 2 other things that I didn't know what they were. I went back to the hotel and as I stepped inside the room I had to run to the bathroom.
"Ughhhhhhhh" I screamed
I thought this vomiting was over with, it seemed I woke Mr.Darkskin because he came to check on me and I acted as if I was ok.
He'll feel bad because he was the one who brought the wine last night.
"Babe I bought you pancakes," I said he smiled and I pointed to the bag that they were in.
