While I was going to the gymnasium, I sensed someone following me. Their gaze was fixated and they were approaching fast

"Hi, Ayanokouji-kun"

It was Sato

"Ah, hello" I replied as usual

"You're going alone"

"It is nothing unusual" 

It was a walk of a couple of minutes at most and it didn't matter at all who you were walking with

Sato started walking with me. She had an expression that said she wanted to say something. I knew this girl very well for her to be hiding something from me

"If you have something to say, I'll hear you out."

"O-oh it's nothing...it's just..."

She took a few moments before speaking

"I knew Ayanokouji-kun was amazing but you are super amazing..."

For lack of a better word she voiced her opinions like that. I honestly don't know what to say

"Gomen...am I causing trouble?"

"No..." It was just me being me... sato had no role in this awkward situation

I nodded

"How do I contribute more to the class... I mean I'm practically good at like nothing...."

"You can start by coming to the study groups regularly..."

Looks like she felt bad for me doing all the things for the class while they were contributing nothing

"It is fine... if Sato can raise her academic and physical ratings then it is enough already." Was my reply but she looked like she still wasn't done

I just waited for her

"Will Ayanokouji-kun be alright?"

"Hm?"

"I mean... everyone knows so..."

"We can't do anything about that now, can we? But I'll be fine. If I need Sato to help me then I'll ask-"

It looks like this was what she wanted to ask all along. She looked cute so I wanted to tease her a bit

"So I'll be calling you Maya then"

She shreiked

"What's wrong Maya?"

"I'll be going......." saying that she ran away in full speed.
