The blonde stood there in shock for a moment as the young girl placed a hand on his cheek then asks to be friends. "W-why do you want to be friends?" He asked. She smiled and made grabby hands to be picked up, he picked her up without a second thought and she placed her head on his shoulder. "I won't tell, but! You looked a lil sad." She whispered so only the two of them heard the conversation, though the rest of the class could still see this going on as it was the middle of the lesson. When Monoma realised this he walked to Mic's desk and plopped her down. Before he left he whispered, "friends.." Because he was walking back to his desk he didn't see the smile on Ayaka's face. She quickly picked the tub of bananas and happily started nomming on them.
Not long after finishing her late morning snack the bell rang and it was break time. "What did you talk about with Hitoshi and Monoma?" Hizashi asks as he helps Ayaka pack up her colouring books and pencils. "Secwet!" She giggles and she zips up her backpack. "Secret huh? What will it take to convince you to spill the beans?" He tried but Ayaka shook her head and folded her arms with a smug smile. "Alright alright, I can tell I won't win- where are your shoes?" Hizashi asks as they get close to the door. Ayaka shrugs and feigns innocence, "I dunno!" Hizashi sighs and brings her to the teachers lounge where Kurogiri and Dabi were.
"So uh where are her shoes?" Dabi chokes on his drink and starts cackling, Kurogiri on the other hand raised a hand to where his mouth should be and tries to muffle his small bouts of laughter. "She hates those things with a burning passion! You get her to wear a pair of shoes for one full school day and I'll give you 10 caprisuns and 20 packs of double chocolate chip cookies."
"Considering how much you're putting on that I doubt I'll win.."
"Make it a months worth of jelly pouches and we have a deal." Aizawa says from under the coffee table, he holds out his hand and Dabi shakes it. "You got yourself a deal old man." Aizawa let out an offended noise at the final two words but now he was a man with a plan. Well he didn't have a plan per say but he had an idea so that was something.
"Ayaka?" Aizawa has been looking for her for the past hour and a half, there isn't a place he hasn't looked. It's as if she just disappeared. That's when he hears it, a small thud and 'owwie'. He turns to see lilac behind the counter and Tv, "Ayaka?" Another thud followed. "W-what are you doing back there?" He asks as he lifts her up from behind the Tv, she holds out a small red ball in both her hands and smiles. "Ball!" She said it as if it explained everything, and it probably did but Aizawa was too tired to decipher toddler speak. "Cool. Can we make a deal?" He asks as he sits on the couch in the LOV's common room. Ayaka tilts her head. " You wear your shoes for one whole school day and I'll buy you a stuffie of any size and I'll buy you ramen for tomorrow night." Ayaka thinks it over like the smart little business woman she is then holds out her hand for him to shake, "no green" Aizawa shook her hand. Dabi never said bribery wasn't an option and Aizawa was going to take advantage of that....
-the next day-
The entire teachers lounge along with a few members of the LOV are in complete and utter shock. As per the agreement Ayaka wasn't wearing any green and was wearing shoes. She was wearing some short overalls with a cream sweater, white ankle socks and blue sneakers. She also had a large torso sized grey shark in her arms and a shark themed pacifier clip with a pastel blue pacifier dangling down. "How the fu-" "don't swear on front of the child." Kurogiri says, slapping the upside of Dabi's head. Aizawa walked in looking rather smug and watched as Ayaka followed closely behind. "Do you want to stay with me today? You can go with anyone, Kurogiri and Dabi aren't busy." She shakes her head and places a hand on his chest. "Alright. Tell me if Bakugo tries to hurt you, no scratch that, if he even looks at you wrong." Ayaka simply nods, says goodbye to the teachers and her family and leaves for the heroics classroom hand in hand with Aizawa.
"Quieten down everyone. As you can see Fujihara is here with us today so let's keep the volume at a decent level." He then leans down to Ayaka "seriously, tell em if he's mean." She nods and Aizawa lays down in his sleeping bag. "I'll see you at the end of homeroom then if all goes well. Then maybe after school we can get that ramen delivered." Ayaka let's out a little happy squeal and shakes her arms up and down before running off to find someone to talk to. Mina spotted her and called the little over before she could even wave at her siblings. "It's been a week! I've missed you~" Mina says whilst encasing Ayaka in a tight hug and rubbing her chin into her hair. "What have you been up to?" Ayaka hums at the affection, "made deal wit Zawa! Gotta wear 'em ta get ramenen 'nd sharkie 'nd no gween!" The girls coo at her, even Denki couldn't help but 'awe' at her. Sero smiled softly. The dekusquad all smiled but didn't want to overwhelm her. Even Bakugo smiled! "'Ramenen'" Bakugo says under his breathe whilst hiding his face.
Ayaka felt a little self conscious and Bakugo instantly caught on, "d-don't cry! I just thought it....." Bakugo mumbled into his hands, "I can't hear you! You need to repeat yourself!" Mina giggles from behind Ayaka who is slightly confused. "I said it was cute! God shut it pinkie!" Bakugo proceeded to chase Mina around their section of the classroom whilst the rest of the Bakusquad and a few others watched and laughed. Even Ayaka couldn't help but laugh at Bakugo's embarrassed outburst!
She still hasn't fully forgiven Bakugo for scaring her but Ayaka is getting used to him and is more comfortable around him. "S'rry 'bout yelling 'nd scaring you last time" Bakugo grumbles his apology like a kid getting told off and threatened to say sorry. "S'no okay ta scawe peopwle but! I kinda okay wiwf you..." Bakugo smiles softly, something his classmates were shocked at, and even gently ruffled her hair.
