EPILOGUE

2 years later...

Ainsley:

Who would have thought 3 years ago that I would be totally head over heels in love with Keaton Colt? I mean sure we've gone through the ups and downs like all couples have but we always manage to work through them.

Tonight Keat invited me on a date. He said he was taking me to a fancy restaurant on the river. It was a place I've wanted to go forever, so I was super happy when he asked me.

I put on my new dress I bought today with Lola and added some makeup, to go for a natural look.

Keaton got his 4 year business degree and I earned my 2 year Associates degree last month. So now that we were college graduates we were moving on in our lives.

He pulled up to my apartment just as he said he would. (I don't live with him because Lola and I decided to rent an apartment together until Keaton and I get married. Keaton lives with Brant in an apartment house not too far from mine.)

"Wow Ains, you look beautiful." He said.

'Thank you, Mr. Colt. You don't look too bad yourself." I answered. He just grinned.

After a little while of driving we reached the restaurant. It was beautiful. There were glowing lights and lit up pathways.

Keaton and I ate a very delicious meal. I ordered Steak and he ordered Prime Rib. We both had mashed potatoes and salad on the side.

After hours of talking. "We should go on a walk." Keaton suggested.

"Sure." I said.

Keaton blindfolded me for some reason and I let him, well to be honest I don't know why.

After about 5 minutes of walking he told me I could take the blindfold off.

When I opened my eyes Keaton Colt was kneeling in front of me on one knee.

"Ainsley Morris love of my life, I have loved you since 7th grade and that love never stopped if grew into something powerful. Ains, I can't imagine my life without you and I don't ever want to imagine my life without you. So, will you marry me?" He asked.

I had tears streaming down my cheeks. I kissed him so hard.

"Yes, Keaton Colt, I will marry you." I said so happily.

"I love you baby, or should I get used to saying Mrs. Colt." He said with a naughty smirk.

"I love you too, lover boy." I knew the name lover boy drives him wild.

He kissed me once more and held my hands and headed back to the car.

"Keat... My feet hurt can we stop for a second?" I asked wincing in pain from the blisters that were starting from the heels I was wearing.

"Oh babe, no need to stop." He said, I looked confused, then in one swift motion he picked me up bridal style and carried me.

"I love you so much." I said to him in a whisper.

"No need to whisper it love, say it to the whole world, let them know you are mine." He said smiling.

"I love you Keaton Colt." I yelled.

"I love you too Ainsley. More than you'll ever know." 

Needless to say 2 years ago I would have never have thought to be the fiancee of my best friends brother...
