She got startled when the crowd started screaming, and she noticed the cars coming out onto the track.

For a second, she thought the race had started, but it was just warm up laps.

Her eyes ran over the track in the seats that were actually great compared to the ones Angel and her had before.

Number 45 was all that was in her line of vision, she didn't care much about everything else around it.

Now that she realized how fast these cars are traveling, and how quick and easy it can be to derail and crash if you don't have the right control, it somehow did make the sport more interesting.

But terrifying...

She thought to herself as the cars started stopping in the spots that they needed to be in order to start the race.

Rea felt someone sit next to her and she glanced to see Angel with his headphones on and ready as he stared at the track in excitement.

She couldn't seem to find the thrill that everyone else around her had. She couldn't stop thinking about that specific racer being in one of those hot and dangerous toy cars where anything could happen.

"Are you worried?" Angel screamed making her look at him.

Rea only shook her head as she looked back at the track, where the green flag was suddenly raised and the cars moved at full capacity.

Her heart was beating rapidly as if she was on a rollercoaster and her stomach was doing flips.

She was glad that she hadn't chosen to eat anything before the race.

She grabbed her brother's water and took a sip, before passing it back to him.

"He's a genius."

"Huh?"

"He's a genius!"

"Who?!"

"Who else?! Your boyfriend! Are you seeing how he's on the inner lane of the track?! That's a trick!"

"I don't know if you forgot but he's YOUR boyfriend, not mine!" Rea shook her head again as she stared at the cars, wondering what he was talking about.

Throughout the entire thing she had no idea what was going on. She'd see the cars stopping and then they'd go again, and then they stopped and they went again.

All she knew is that Heeseung was currently second place on the ranks.

She stared at the cars again, trying to keep from getting dizzy at the quickness that they were going, and choosing to look down at her hands for a couple of seconds.

"Number 45, Lee Heeseung, not given an entry, number 23 and number 79 are keeping him from- Wait what is he doing?!"

Angel was glued to his seat as his eyes almost protruded from his skull.

"What?! Why is he on the outer lane?! He's taking the risk?!"

"Risk?! What risk?!" She questioned as she heard the commentators screaming, and her gaze stayed on Heeseung's car.

Heeseung's car was on the outer lane, closest to the wall, making everyone be on the edge of their seats.

The outer lane was the most dangerous spot you could ever take during a race because you could easily get cornered into the wall and crash into it.

"No one ever takes the outer lane! This kid is insane! He's passing all the cars! No one is in his way!"

She let out a scream as the side of Heeseung's car slightly touched the wall, making sparks fly.
