WHEN REALITY HITS PERFECT

CHAPTER 9

The ambulance arrived at the hospital and the police soon arrived and took me to the station for questioning.

"Miss we want you to be honest and say every single thing that happened without a lie, got it " the officer said and I shook my head

"But I wasn't there when the accident happened, I was at school" I said and he sat down as if thinking of what to do next

"You're the kid of that millionaire who got caught, right?" He asked and I nodded

"Where's your brother?"

"That's the thing right now, I don't know" I replied and he got up

"We're going to the hospital right now" he said and I frowned

"For what?" I asked as I followed behind  him until we entered the car

"We're gonna have a word with your driver" he said and we drove back to the hospital

After waiting for a few minutes we were allowed to see Francis in his room and have a word with him. Seeing Francis in the state that he was in broke me. He had been our chauffeur for as long as I can remember and he felt like an uncle to me, Francis was in fact apart of the family. But now, what family was there to apart of?. Everything was going so very wrong

"Hey Francis" I said and went to sit on the chair beside his bed while the officer stood towering over.

"Miss Kate, how are you doing?" He asked and if not that his arm was bandaged I would've punched it

"I have to ask you that silly" I said and he gave a small laugh though you could tell he was hurting

Then my mood suddenly changed and I was dead serious

"Francis please where's Kyle and infact Luke, where are they?" I asked and his eyes suddenly turned sad. O boy, I hope it wasn't what i was thinking because if it was I was a mission to murder whoever had done that.

"Miss, I don't know" he said and my heart pounded hard in my chest

"What do you mean you don't know. You were in the car with them right?" I asked and he sighed

"After we had left you at school, Master Kyle ordered that we go to a device store where they sold head set, phones air pods and stuff. After that we were on our way coming to get you from school when we heard a loud noise and suddenly a tyre went loose. A big black van with a capital A written behind it boldly stopped right infront of us and masked men poured out of the car and stood right infront of us

"And then what happened?" The officer asked clearly eagered to know what happened at the end of the story

"Well I was about to call the police for help when they shot my arm. I ordered Kyle and Luke to ran and Kyle did, but Luke was so caught up on taking or putting something in the car that he didn't ran and got caught by one of the men. Your daring brother had managed to outrun the men but when saw that Luke had been caught came back to help him and also got caught. With the little energy he had he helped Luke to escape and the men took him away

"So my brothers alive?" I asked

"Alive he is, the men didn't want to harm them they just wanted to kidnap them but when they didn't make work easy for them, that's when they took action by punching and kicking him to make him weak." Francis finished and my eyes widened

"They dare punch my brother?" I asked

"Oh I need to find out which fucking rat is behind all of this" and as soon as I finished my sentence, Ella walked in and looked shock to see Francis in bed and an officer with us. Her face instantly twisted and she walked up to us
