Kate walks in, turns on her computer and the live stream begins
"Hey guys sorry for just ghosting out like that. It's just that lady 1CA has been really busy with school and exams so couldn't update regularly"
"I know it's been like a month or something since the last chapter was released but chill, in no time at all your favourite book would release a new chapter" she says happily
But all of a sudden the door burst open and Jace walks in
"Dude, there's a system called knocking were rational human beings bring attention to their presence in a polite way" she says.
Jace just rolls his eyes and stands next to Kate appearing in the live stream
"Dude, I'm not done yet and what are you doing here, aren't you supposed to be with Cole?" She asked and he shakes his head
"I'm here because I thought you got kidnapped or something and was coming to your rescue when you turned out an hour late" he says through gritted teeth
Kate looks at him confused
"An hour late for what.... ooooh, shit the party at your place" she slaps her head in realisation
"I'm so sorry" she apologises but he just huffs and look at the camera
"Hey guys it's me your favourite character Jace" he says and a snicker from Kate makes him look at her
"You wish" she says with her arms folded infront of her
He takes deep breaths trying to control his temper and when that was done looks at the camera
"Just a quick message from lady 1CA. Sorry for the delay and don't worry your new chapters are being released as we're speaking" a huff from Kate interrupts him and he looks at her
"Any problems Kate?" He asks through gritted teeth and she gives him a sly smile
"I was just wondering how any different my message is from yours?" She asks with her arms still folded and he rolls his eyes at her
"You impatient soul, I'm sure your Dad and Kyle are happy being away from you for a while"he said and she gasped before releasing her hands and her eyes suddenly darkened
"Say that again Astor and I promise I'd fucking kill you" she threatens and he quickly apologises knowing that he's struck a nerve
She huffs before going to the door
"I'll be in the car if you're done" she says and with that slams the door shut
Jace stands there feeling bad before sighing and looking back at the camera
"Anyways" he says as he rubs his neck
"As I was saying, she's sorry for the delay and is changing the name of her story. It'll be communicated soon to all her cherished readers and Merry belated Christmas if that a word and happy new year" he says and then looks at the camera thoughtfully
"Though Valentines is coming and this is a bit too late" he says after a while of silence
"Well I've got a party to attend and we'll meet in the next chapters. Bye" he switches of the computer and the live stream ends
He opens the door and runs down the stairs
"KATE I'M SORRY!" He yells as he gets down
