in which you go paranormal investigating with sam, colby & kat and something or someone targets you
"YO WHATS UP GUYS ITS SAM AND COLBY!! today we are with our girlfriends *you and kat smile and wave at the camera* and we are going to explore the most haunted hotel IN VEGAS!!!"
"WOOHOOO!!" you and kat chant in the background
"so apparently this place is old as shit and there's been countless reports of paranormal activity so we're here to check it out"
sam zooms in on colby's face and colby laughs.
"oh also it's been told that children mainly haunt this place sooo" sam states
"great so we should be fine! haha haha" kat says happily and everyone goes silent for a few secs. you all giggle and cut the camera cause the intro is finished
you guys walk into one of the rooms you rented and you immediately feel odd. literally out of no where you get drowsy and colby notices. "you good?" he asks "yeah just lightheaded.. i'll be fine tho don't worry" "ya sure?" he asks but you just nod
after you guys get situated you start the investigation in the first hotel room. yall set up cat balls and a rempod in the bathroom. you guys are sitting in a circle while sam's holding a spirit box. and with that, yall start asking questions.
"is there anyone who would like to communicate with us?" sam asks
you guys wait a few secs but there's no answer.
"hello?" colby says
still no answer
all of a sudden you see a black fuzzy figure move at the corner of your eye, you quickly turn your head and don't see anything.
"what? what's wrong?" colby asks as he puts a hand on your thigh
"i swear i just saw something"
you then hear an exhale by your ear, you jump and move closer to colby "OH MY GOD!?" you scream
"what!" colby asks as he wraps his arms around you
"DID YOU GUYS HEAR THAT?"
"hear what?!" kat asks
"i swear to god something just fucking breathed by my ear"
"what!?" sam says
"THERE IS SOMEONE HERE! IT HAPPENED RIGHT AFTER I SAW SOMETHING FROM THE CORNER OF MY EYE" your eyes start filling with tears
"haha" a male voice on the spirit box said
you immediately crawl in colby's lap and hide your face in his neck
"you think this is funny?" colby asks
"funny" the spirit box said
"are you messing with y/n?" sam asks
no answer
at this point you're absolutely terrified. you have your face buried in colby's neck and you're trying so hard not to cry. "we can be done now baby if you're too scared" colby whispers
even tho you still felt lightheaded and wanted to be finished you lied and told them that you were okay and that you could finish the investigation.
you guys explore the lobby, some floors and elevators and get some answers with the rempod and flashlights, leaving the most haunted room for last. this whole time you've felt sick, almost like something's taking your energy
you guys make your way to the last room and stop at the door while colby looks for the key card. when all of a suuden you feel a tug on your hair
"haha very funny sam" you say
"what?!" he says
"i'm not stupid i know you just touched my hair"
"im all the way over here?" you look behind and see sam in the middle of the hallway
your mouth drops open and you start to look around in shock.
"ah found it!" colby finds the key and pulls it out of his backpack.
"colby?" you murmured
"yeah?"
"did you pull my hair?"
"why the fuck would i pull your hair?"
"no no no don't mess with me right now" you whine and cover your face with your hands
"did something pull your hair?" colby asks
"kat?!" you shout
"it wasn't me i was walking with sam"
"who the fuck pulled my hair?!"
"you wanna take a break for a sec?" colby asks as he puts a hand on your shoulder
"im fine. im probably just getting paranoid. let's get this over with"
you grab the key out of his hand, open the door and walk through. sam and kats jaws drop as they watch you walk inside with no fear.
as you and kat kinda look around the room sam and colby set up equipment.
"so should we have a guest do the estes method?" sam asks.
"don't the guests always do the estes method?" kat adds
"well i don't want y/n to do it cause she's being targeted already so i don't think it's the best idea..." colby says
"fine i'll go under." sam says as he ties the blindfold to his head.
once he's under you sit by kat on the bed and link arms, colby starts asking questions
"we're almost done for the night last chance.. is there anyone who wishes to talk us?"
"yes"
"alright what do you have to say?"
"i see you"
"follow"
kats jaw drops and you look at her in disbelief
"have you been following us around tonight?"
"girl."
you drop your head in your hands
"there's two girls in here.. are you followi-"
"purple."
"y/n."
you start to freak out because you're wearing a purple hoodie and sam immediately takes the headphones and blindfold off "we're done." sam says
"YOU CANNOT FOLLOW US HOME!" colby says
you remove your head from your hands and the flashlight behind you and kat turns on
"AHHHH" you and kat scream and run off the bed to the boys
kat stands by sam and you jump in colby's lap and bury your face in his neck once again
"HOLY SHIT!! HOLY SHITTT!" sam yells
"can you turn the flashlight off if you're the one that's been targeting y/n all night" colby says.
the flashlight turns off immediately.
"why have you been targeting y/n?" sam asks
"run." the spirit box said
"can we go home now please?!" you cry in his neck
"sam pack up we're leaving."
sam and kat quickly pack everything up and return the room keys while colby takes you to the car.
once you and colby are in the car you break down into tears. he moves to the seat next to you and wraps his arms around you tight. "it's okay baby it's gone now! it can't follow us"
"that was scary" you cry
"i know i'm sorry, you were so brave tho"
he wipes some tears from your cheeks
sam and kat put everything in the trunk then get in the car. sam looks back at you and colby in the backseat "do you need anything?! can i drive home now"
"just drive home sam" colby says
the whole way home you felt scared. you tried falling asleep in colby's arms but you couldn't. your mind kept reminding you about what happened.
when yall pull in the driveway you pretend to be asleep because you're scared and you want colby to carry you inside.
"y/n?" colby taps your back "we're home baby wake up" he whispers
after trying to wake you up for a few, he decided it's best to carry you in
he walks up to his bedroom and lays you down on his bed and you finally "wake up "
"can we keep the lights on tonight?" you whisper
"the ceiling lights?"
"no LEDS are fine"
"sure" he turns the LEDS on to red
"no red is scary!!"
he turns the lights on to purple and starts to walk towards his closet
"don't leave me where you going?!"
"i'm grabbing some clothes for you to sleep in i'll be right back"
he comes back and helps you in a hoodie and sweats before changing himself. he crawls in bed behind you as you turn around to face him
"colby im scared"
"i know baby im sorry, you're safe now i got you" he pulls some hair behind your ear
"promise?"
"i promise."
you grab his arm and wrap it around yourself
"don't let go"
"i won't." he kisses your head "goodnight i love you" he whispers
