Chapter 4

"Are you alright, Alora?" Nag-aalalang tanong ni kuya habang inalalayan akong tumayo.

Fuck! My body hurts a lot. I didn't even know how I managed to let that out.

"I'm fine. My body just hurts a lot." Nangangatal na saad ko. Blaze immediately healed me with his healing essence. Pagkatapos ay bigla nalang nawala ang sakit sa katawan ko.

Kita ko sa mga mata nila ang pag-aalala at at pagka-mangha. Agad na napatingin ako kay Aidan na ngayo'y okay na. Wala na rin ang sugat sa braso niya.

Lumapit ako sa kaniya, "A-Are you alright, big worm?" 

He nodded and looked at me shyly. "Thanks. You don't have to do that to save me. You could've died for what you did." 

I smirked. "I thought dragons were sturdy, but I guess you're bluffing when you say those words to me. Or maybe you're really not a dragon but a vermis." 

He just rolled his eyes and said, "You know for sure exactly how to irritate someone. Keep yourself from acting foolish the next time around."

"Are you perhaps worried about me being in danger?" I asked, teasingly.

He snorted, "Please don't make such a full of yourself, Alora. I'm just following what your father told us to do."

Medyo na hurt ako sa sinabi niya. Sungit talaga nito.

"He's right, Alora. You cannot simply plunge yourself without a proper plan of action, or you'll be putting yourself in imminent danger, and at the very least, you could die." Claude agreed with him, as did the two men.

I sighed, "I do have a plan when I plunged in."

They all frowned at what I said.

"And what might that be?" Blaze asked me.

I smiled sweetly. "Don't die."

Agad na sumama ang templa ng mga mukha nila. I even saw Aidan and Claude roll their eyes in annoyance while Hellion and my brother just shook their heads.

"Let's continue searching. I bet shadow vipers are not the only beasts we might face today," Hellion exclaimed.

Napalingon naman silang lahat sa akin, kaya nagtaka ako.

"Stay back when a monster appears, Alora. Let us gentlemen fight those vicious beasts, alright?" Determinadong saad ni kuya.

But I just looked at him flatly. Seriously, I'm not afraid of those.

"Answer me, Alora, or else I'm going to send you home." Dagdag niya na s'yang ikinalukot ng mukha ko.

"Alright...alright." Pag sang-ayon ko sa kaniya. After that, we continue walking and searching.

"Where are we?" I asked them. Huminto kasi kami sa isang parang ancient ground, eh. Napapalibutan ang cove ng mga kumikinang na vines at may mga alitaptap din. Tapos ang walls pa ay may mga paintings na hindi ko naiintindihan.

"I don't know either," said Claude.

"But of course we don't know, foxy prince. This is our first time discovering this dungeon and this cove. Next time, use your brain." Pang-aasar ni kuya.

Kaya natawa kami.

Claude sighed. "Now I know where that nasty attitude of yours came from, Alora." Sambit nito sabay tingin kay kuya. "But your hermano is more annoying."

"You're annoying too, Claude. I bet your future wife will be having a hard time being with you." Dagdag naman ni Hellion na s'yang ikinalukot ng mukha nito.
