Kate's POV:
I watched as all the kids when down to Culture Shock. After they were out of site me, Chris and phoebe are talking and we personally think that at least Amanda should get a solo oppurtunity incase she doesn't get to perform in the group dance. When all the kids come back we call Michelle and Emily in just to make sure they are okay with it since they are the co-captains and they get their say in it.
Emily: I thinks that's a great idea
Michelle: yeah I mean like incase none of us get hurt then she should at least get to perform
Kate: great should we go tell everyone
Emily: but let's surprise them
Michelle: yeah
Phoebe: okay let's do it
Michelle, Chris, Emily, Phoebe and I walk onto the dance floor dance and everyone listens up around us.
Kate: okay who thinks Amanda is a great dancer
Everyone raises their had except Amanda
Phoebe: okay well would you guys be alright if....
Michelle: we give her a solo for nationals
Emily: because what is the odds of one of us gettin hurt
Amanda: thank you
Kate: no problem
So we are going through solos,duets, trios, and small groups so Giselle, Stephanie, Chloe in studio a. Boys find sometime to practice your routine together but right now work on your solo or duet. Tiffany and West studio b. Riley and James music room. Emily studio c, Michelle, studio d, Eldon studio e, Daniel studio f and Amanda other music room.
Riley's POV:
Me and James walk unit he music room and as we enter we notice something going on. We look inside and we notice that b troupe is in their. Amanda comes up to asks us which music room we are taking. We said we would take this one so she went to the other one which was literally right down the hallway from us.
James opens the door and b troupe watches us as we come in Beth smiled at James and James smiled uncomfortably back to her. Then they come up to us.
Beth: What are you doing in here?
Riley: Miss Kate sent us here to work on our duet for nationals
Beth: oh
James: yeah so do you mind, but can you Gus leave so Me and Rey can work on it
Beth: or we can watch you guys do it
James looks at me and he can tell with my facial expression that I didn't like that idea.
James: no we just wanna rehearse alone
Just then Amanda comes in
Amanda: hey James and Riey can I see your duet?
Riley: sure
James: b troupe leave please
Beth: why does Amanda get to watch and we don't
Riley: because she is in a troupe we are only allowed to perform to a troupe for now. Later on maybe to others but right now only to a troupe
Amanda's POV:
I could tell James and Riley needed help getting troupe out of their spot so I decided to help them by asking if they could leave because I wanted to see their duet. Once they left they both thanked me
James and Riley: thank you so much Amanda
Amanda: no problem now let's see your duet
