"Morning Sunshine" Simon said as I opened the front door
"Good morning" I smiled closing the door
"You meeting me for 5th period today?" He asked as we started walking
"No" I replied zipping up my coat as it was quite cold
"What, why?" He asked
"Because I can't keep skipping classes and you are leaving school this year, you need to get your head down, you don't want to be held back do you?" I replied
"I'll be fine; they won't hold me back" He snaked his arm around my waist
"Whatever you say but I need to get my head down I don't wanna start falling behind" I said as he pulled me closer
"You'll be fine Pristine" He said. We walked to school and carried on talking and he's cute when he's alone. He's not the same when he's with his friends, I usually stay away from him when he's with his boys. We went our separate ways when we got to school, I found Tyler and we walked around school, he kept apologizing and making sure we were cool again.
"So you and Simon?" He asked
"No, we're not a thing well not really, I don't know" I shrugged. I don't know what me and Simon are, but I don't want to ask him.
"Well, just make sure he doesn't hurt you. I don't wanna see you upset over him, I would say some shit about him but you like him so I can't do that right now" He chuckled
"Thanks" I smiled knocking him gently
"There's lover boy right now" Ty smiled nodding his head towards Simon leaning against the lockers with Josh, JJ and Vik.
"Hey Simon" Nadia Wicks walked up to him twirling her hair in her fingers
"Hey, what's up?" He replied
"You wanna come over tonight, my parents are out, we can, ahem, study" She looked up at him giving him googly eyes
"Sure" He said
"I'll meet you at the gates after school" She smirked and turned to walk away. I felt hurt. Is he thick? She was giving him the eyes asking if he wanted to study. Please he knows what he's doing. He always has to go muck everything up.
"Can we go" I said quietly to Tyler
"Sure" He said putting his arm on my back and ushering me to the library
"You okay honey?" Tyler asked me as we sat on one of the sofas in the library
"No" I mumbled playing with my fingers
"Don't be upset hun, if he does care about you like he says he does he won't do anything with her" He said
"Yeah. I don't know why I'm so upset we're not dating, he's not my boyfriend or anything" I shrugged. Simon and his friends walked into the library and I saw him look right at me and look away. Can't talk to me in front of everyone, oh no, especially now there's rumors that we're dating. Such a dick.
"Comeon, I'll walk you to form Jamie will be in there" He said getting up out of hischair. He walked me to my form and I went inside sitting with Jamie. I got mymind off Simon during my classes with T. I didn't see him around at break butnow it was lunch and I saw him sitting on his usual table with his boys while Isat with my friends on the other side of the canteen. Ugh, why am I so caughtup on this? He made his decision, he wants to go sleep with Nadia which is fineby me but he can't come crawling back to me afterwards.
