Pha's pov:

After eating i went back into my bedroom and laid on my bed with him on top of me.

I scrolled through my phone to pass time.

"Pha?" Mom came in after a while.

"Yeah?" I looked up.

"Ben and i have to go to the office. Something came up. They need us there." She said.

"Ok. See you later."

"Will you guys be ok?" she asked worriedly.

"Yeah we'll be fine. Don't worry." I assured her.

"Ok there are some snacks in the fridge and cabinets which you can eat if you get hungry. We'll be back for lunch." She said.

I nodded.

With that she left closing the door behind her.

After around three hours he started shuffling.

I looked down and noticed he was starting to wake up.

He blinked a few times before looking up at me.

"Good morning." I smiled.

"Good morning." He smiled back weakly.

I put my phone aside and sat up.

"Come on let's get cleaned up." I lifted him up and went into the bathroom.

After we were done taking a shower, i went to his room to get some clothes for him. When i came back he was staring out the window blankly.

"Here wear your clothes." I helped him put them on.

After that was done, i sat beside him and pulled him to sit on my lap facing me.

"Can you tell me about your nightmare?" I asked.

His eyes immediately started to pool with tears.

"I dr-dreamt o-of the d-day my p-parents left m-me..." He stuttered.

I opened my mouth to say something but before i vould get a word out, he continued.

"A-and th-that y-you wo-ould also l-leave m-me..."

I blinked profusely.

He clutched onto my shirt tightly with his trembling fists.

I pulled his arms so they wrapped around my neck and pulled him closer to me.

"I'm not going to leave you. Never. I promise." I said firmly.

He tightened his arms around me and buried his face in my neck.

I gently rubbed his back until his body stopped shaking.

When he finally calmed down, i let go of him and sat him properly on my lap. I gently wiped his tears.

I stared at him silently for a while before speaking up again.

"You should stay here with mom and dad rather than staying with me."

His eyes widened and they started pooling with tears again.

"Hey calm down. I'm not going to leave you." I assured him.

"B-but you j-just said..."

"I have to work overnight a lot. I'll have to leave you alone at home. And i won't be able to be there for you when you have these nightmares. But if you stay here, mom and dad will be able to stay with you. They don't work overnight a lot so they will be able to be with you." I explained.
