Charlotte's POV,

I waved mom bye as they left the house, oh well... Tomorrow is Taehyung's birthday! And We made a deal that Taehyung would call his friends in home and mom and stepfather will not return till tomorrow morning! Which means, party!! I heard the door bell, Taehyung went and opened the door and they guys came in and hugged him, holding gifts probably.

Jimin:"Hey! Charlotte!"

He came and hugged me..

Charlotte:"Hey!"

Taehyung:"YAH!"

Taehyung came and dragged Jimin away.

Jimin:"Are you jealous!?"

Taehyung gave him a glare.

Jimin:"Well we hugged each other a lot earlier too! Right?"

He winked at me.

Taehyung:"What!!"

Charlotte:"Pfft!"

Jhope:"Now! Now! What happened!?"

Charlotte:''Nothing!"

Jungkook:"Hey V! What about the dare?"

Taehyung:"What about it? Isnt it obvious? I won! She lost!"

Hmm?!

Taehyung:"But..it happened the other way around too!"

He tilted his head and gave me cute look! Oh damn! I covered my face!

Charlotte:"I am gonna get some things to drink!"

Suga:"You have beer right?"

I looked at Suga who rarely talks.

Suga:"I'm not asking for myself! You need it to get drunk!"

Oh! Jesus! His friends are such a trouble I turned around and walked to kitchen hearing guys laughing at Suga's joke! We all seated there was still an hour left for his birthday.

Namjoon:"So..whose gift are you looking forword too? The most!~"

Jin:"Jungkook! Or um..Jhope's?"

Taehyung:"Nope! Blondie's"

Charlotte:"Stop dreaming! I didn't even buy a gift!"

All:"WHAT!?"

Charlotte:"Yep! I am not good at buying gifts!"

Taehyung:"Ah! Thats a betrayal!! Anything would have done!"

I shrugged.. And it was 12! Taehyung cut his cake and we all had it.

Charlotte:"I am going to washroom."

Author's POV,

Taehyung:"What crime did I do for not receiving a gift feom her!"

Suga:"Yah! Atleast show some emotions to us too! Do these what we brought doesnt make you happy? Fine then! I'll take it back!"

Taehyung:"No! I didn't mean that!"

There was a tap on Taehyung's shoulder.

Taehyung:"what?"

Charlotte:"Happy Birthday Taehyung!"

Charlotte gave her gift to him. He was surprised. He opened to see a new headphone. Which was launched not long ago!

Charlotte:"I wanted to buy and give this to dad on his birthday, but..-"

Taehyung:"I loved it! Thanks Blondie!"

She gave a thumbs up to him.. They watched movie played games ate a lot of snacks. And slept on the sofa.

Day before the New Year,

Charlotte's POV,

Mom:" They say that there will be fireworks this evening at 12! It never happened before! Its near the park! What was its name..um..Ah! I forgot!"

Charlotte:"Hehe! No worries mom! Lets go there tonight!"

Taehyung:"But I heard there will be a lot of crowd!"

Charlotte:"I can't wait!"

Totally ignoring what Taehyung said. We got ready and and made our way towards the park! Hell! There is a huge crowd already! I could mearlly brethe in there. There was an announcement that the fireworks will start dot at 12!

Taehyung:"You know? It is believed that those who stay together in the New Year! Will be together foe the rest of their lives!"

Charlotte:"Really?"

Taehyung:"Ha! Which means.. I habe to tolerate you for my entire life!"

Charlotte:"What the hell did you just say!"

Before I could say anything further there was a chaos! And huge crowds strted moving I got seperated from Taehyung! Oh oh! The countdown was going to begin! Even if I shout! He cannot hear it! There was a lot of cheers and noise!

Announcer:"10!"

I pushed my way through the crowd.

Announcer:"9!"

I could not find Taehyung.

Announcer:"8!"

Shit! If we are not together. Which means...

Announcer:"7!"

No! No! I wont give up! I habe to find him!

Announcer:"6!"

I dont have much time!

Announcer:"5!"

I almost fell on the, I kept my hand on ground and got up!

Announcer:"4!"

Taehyung where the hell are you!

Announcer:"3!"

I was on the urge of crying

Announcer:"2!"

When I felt a hand on my hand and someone pulled me.

Announcer:"1!

I saw Taehyung who had a relived expression. I couldn't hear anything else but a whisper..

Taehyung:"Found you!"

Announcer:"Happy New Year!"

And he pressed his lips on mine! I closed my eyes. Feeling happy! That I was there with him at that moment!
