When Carmine reaches the women's bathroom, she finds Liam standing in the dimly lit hallway with his back pressed up against the wall. He's tapping on his cellphone.

Carmine gently clears her throat.

Liam lifts his head and spotting Carmine, begins walking towards her. "Glad you could help me, Carmine. Please, come."

Carmine follows Liam down the short, carpeted hall until they reach the bathrooms at the far end. Liam halts just outside the door, letting Carmine catch up.

Quickly turning the doorknob, Carmine pushes open the door. Once inside, she surveys the cold, white room. Long vanity mirrors and chrome sinks line the left hand side. Three bathroom stalls stand on the right.

"Hello? Is anyone in here?" Carmine calls out.

Silence.

Perhaps Liam's girlfriend just left, Carmine thinks. She walks deeper into the bathroom, crouching on her knees to see if anyone is left in the stalls.

The bathroom is completely empty.

Carmine is about to turn around and leave when she spots Liam blocking the doorway. She lets out a sharp gasp, placing her fingertips against her throat. "You scared me to death Mr. Greene! It looks like your date already left. The bathroom is empty."

"Perfect," Liam smiles, slowly taking a step forward.

"Um...if you don't mind," Carmine points to the door. "I still have work to do."

"This will only take one second," Liam assures her. He closes the door behind him.

Carmine takes a small step back. "Wh-What do you want?"

Liam takes another confident step towards Carmine. "You are a beautiful young woman, Carmine."

"Uhh...Thanks?" Carmine wipes her sweaty palms against her apron.

What the hell is he doing?

Liam is close enough that Carmine can smell his pungent cologne. His breath smells faintly of mint gum. He reaches over and brushes a stray lock of Carmine's hair away from her face and then lets his finger trail down her jawline until it reaches the tiny dimple on her chin. "Beautiful..." Liam continues to murmur. He leans forward and takes a deep whiff of Carmine's perfume. The tip of his nose is so close it is practically touching her pulsing collarbone.

Carmine clenches her jaw, her hands balled up into fists. Straightening her back, she grinds out, "I think you should leave now, Mr. Greene."

"And why is that?" Liam asks, standing his ground.

"I feel very uncomfortable with this." Carmine is about to dart past Liam and walk out when he sticks out his arm and blocks her.

Carmine is quickly losing her temper. She grips Liam's arm a bit tighter than is necessary and tries to push it away.

Liam doesn't budge.

With a cheshire cat like smile, Liam continues, "You didn't seem this uncomfortable with me when you were drinking my blood."

Carmine's eyes flicker wide open. Her eyes bore into Liam's, unblinking.

For a few seconds, neither of them speak. Only the drip of a leaking faucet penetrates the thick air.

Finally, Carmine takes in a deep breath. "You remember."

"I never forgot."

Carmine takes another step back, almost slipping on a soggy paper towel. Before long, her back is against the far wall and Liam traps her with an arm on each side of her head.
