nini sat on her bed, randomly strumming her guitar before sighing as she checked the time.
five pm.
she feels the worry increase inside of her, standing up and rushing towards her door as she put her sweatshirt on and ran out of her apartment and out of the building
she walked down the streets urgently, deciding to make her way to ricky's apartment.
her mind was running with several different thoughts; was he hurt? did he get into an accident and no one knew? was he in trouble?
just as she takes a turn on the street where he lives she notices a familiar curly-haired figure seated in a resturaunt that ricky would bring her on their fridays usually
she knits her eyebrows in confusion and quickly walks inside, the bell ringing as a signal for a customer arriving as she did
nini heard a familiar laugh further away that she knew all too well and saw ricky and maya in a booth together, not minding anyone and being in their own little world together.
nini's heart dropped slightly at the thought that ricky had forgotten about her and swallowed the lump in her throat, quickly turning around and rushing out of the restaurant as she made her way back home as quickly as possible.
