nini shrugs her shoulders "yeah, well, i guess it's not that big of a deal anymore..."
lucas shakes his head "you should talk to him," he says as he takes a fry
nini sighs "what would i say? i'm mad at him but-i also feel like i'm overreacting."
"just tell him you feel bad about the fact that he forgot," lucas suggests "i'm sure he feels bad,"
"good," nini mutters, making the boy chuckle as he takes a fry off her plate, nini gasping "hey! you have your own fries!"
he chuckles "yeah, but you're are nicer-"
nini laughs as they both fight for fries in each other's plates, nini feeling grateful that lucas was there for her.
