Arabella's POV:

"Hey" I greeted, sliding in to the passenger seat of the iconic blue jeep. "Any idea what Scott's planning this time?"

"Wish I knew, we're picking him up now anyway, maybe he'll explain whatever mess we're about to get dragged in to." Stiles replied, a giggle escaping my lips as we approached the McCall residence.

He only lived a couple of minutes away, it was actually quite convinient, I thought to myself as the werewolf approached my window. He glanced at me and Stiles a number of times, emphasising his clear distaste that he would have to sit in the back.

"Sorry man, Belle got there first." The driver smirked as Scott's face softened, a look of what seemed to be disbelief grazing his features. "Plus I don't particularly want to get on her bad side, especially with the whole tribrid thing" He teased, his playful gaze now on me as I lightly slapped his shoulder.

"But I-"

"You heard the driver Scotty, cmon get in before the sun comes back up." He sent me a short stare as he clambered into the backseat, positioning himself in the middle. "You going to tell us where we're going?"

"We need to get to school, trust me I have a plan, I'll explain on the way."

---

"Are we really doing this?" I moaned, shutting my door before walking around the cars towards the boys.

"Can you think of something better?"

"Well personally I'm a fan of ignoring a problem until eventually it just goes away." The Stilinski boy replied.

I placed my hand on his shoulder, "Now that is an idea I can get behind."

"Just make sure we can get inside" Scott finished as Stiles opened the trunk, a pair of bolt cutters laid before us, he clearly had no idea how to use them. I rolled my eyes at the pair, placing my hands together and closing my eyes.

I positioned my fingers so they were facing the doors across the parking lot, my hands still pressed together. With one swift motion, I parted them, the relatively loud some of a chain splitting clean in half echoed in our ears.

The pair stood with wide eyes as the trunk closed, "Yeah I don't think I'll ever get used to that" they muttered as a black sports car approached. Derek, of course he's involved.

The handsome man moved from the car, only to reveal an unconsious Deaton bound with tape in the back seat. "oh wow, he looks comfortable." I muttered turning to follow my friends.

"Wait- hey where are you going?" Hale called. "You said I was linked with the alpha, I'm gonna see if you're right."

---

Walking through the corridors made for an uncomfortably eerie experience. The pale reflection of the moonlight glossed over everthing in view, although the lurking darkness remained behind every corner.

"Okay, what are you going to do if the Alpha doesn't show up?"

"I don't know"

"And what are we going to do if he does show up?" I asked curiously, not a single hint of faith in this plan at all.

"I don't know."

"Oh fantastic, I can't wait." I sarcastically replied, sitting on the desk in the principals office.

"A wolf howls to signal its position to the rest of its pack right?"

"Right but if you bring him here, does that mean you two are part of his pack?"
