Thank you for everything you do

The performance

Bonnie ran as fast as she could with Pikachu behind her and they managed to reach Clemont before Ash and Serena could

"Bonnie you're here finally! Now where's Ash and Serena?"

"They are right behind me and they kind of need a little bit of space"

"Wait why?"

"Well they started talking and things look like they didn't go that well and they both were crying and hugging"

Clemont started to look worried

"They also looked a bit sad when walking away which made me a little sad"

"Oh no"

"Ash will be fine and I don't expect him to stay sad for very long"

"But what about Serena?"

"Huh?"

"If she has something on her mind then its going to interfere with her performance"

"Oh no you're right we gotta do something"

"I will talk to her... maybe I might be able to cheer her up"

"But what will you tell her"

"I have no idea but I think she needs someone to help her and I think that Ash might make it worse if its between them"

"Alright then I'll try to take Ash away with Pikachu's help and you go talk to Serena"

The siblings looked at each other with determination because they had to help their friends

"Look its them" Bonnie said as she pointed at Ash and Serena walking towards them with serious expressions

"Hey are you two ok?"

"Yea we're ok" Serena said while looking at Ash who was looking down covering his face with his cap

"Well you have a performance soon Serena so we should get going" Clemont said trying to distract her from whatever is going on

"Ok" Serena said in a low tone 

They all started walking towards the stadium and eventually got there half an hour before Serena's performance

"Hey Sere... good luck..." Ash said while putting his hand on her shoulder and giving her his biggest grin

Serena was surprised to see him like that but she smiled back because even though they had that moment at the park, she would still have a crush on him and they will never stop being best friends.

"Thank you Ash" Serena said as she gave Ash a final hug which Ash returned and then they both smiled at each other

"I don't think I need to talk to her anymore Bonnie" Clemont whispered to his sister who then just smiled looking at Ash and Serena

"We will all be cheering for you Serena!" Bonnie said as she then left with Clemont and Ash to where they will all be sitting

Serena smiled as she saw her three friends running and then she turned to Ash. Ash turned around and gave Serena a wink and a smile which made Serena blush a tiny bit.

"I guess I still have feelings for you anyway..." 

Serena then turned around and walked towards the waiting room to see that Clemont had already brought everything she needed for her performance from the pokecenter and he left chespin to guard it

"I have incredible friends don't I" Serena said while feeling really happy that her friends have helped her so much

"You really do" Aria said as she entered the room

"Aria!" Serena said turning to Aria's direction

"Hello Serena"

"Wow you look so pretty"

"You do too Serena" Aria responded with a smile

Serena was smiling and was really happy to see Aria again but then she got a little nervous because she remembered that she has to go against her for her title

"You nervous Serena?" Aria said noticing how Serena was feeling

"A little but I'm also excited and happy"

"I understand what you feel... I went through that when I was fighting for this title too"

"Really?"

"Yea but then I looked back on everything I've done before and I trusted on what my pokémon could do... then I did my best with a smile"

"You really are great Aria" Serena said while smiling at Aria which reminded her of herself

"And you are going to be just as good as me Serena"

They hugged and Aria then walked away to do her own performance

"I've got to try my best and become Kalos queen" Serena said as she took out her pokémon and smiled at how excited they were

~~ Time skip to Serena's performance because this author is very lazy and just wanted to skip a few 400 words~~

"AND NEXT UP IS PERFORMER SERENA"

"Let's do this everyone" Serena said while looking at her pokémon with a determined smile as she then walked into the stage

"Serena!" Ash, Clemont and Bonnie all said in unison as they saw their friend walk into the stage

"Lets begin!"

Serena and her pokémon began to dance together and then Braixen and Pancham ran to opposite sides of the stage

"Braixen use flamethrower and Pancham use dark pulse!"

Both pokémon used their moves which then collided 

"Now Sylveon use swift!"

Sylveon aimed a starry attack towards the collision which made it explode with a glittery effect as they all danced together under it

Braixen then took her stick and surrounded everyone with flames and passed her stick to Serena who finished the circle and then Sylveon used fairy wind

"Pancham now use stone edge"

Pancham then used stone edge to clear the flames and Sylveon climbed up and used fairy wind downwards to make everyone float. Each pokémon then used their moves and ended with a flower blooming which then they all danced and Serena extended her hand upwards smiling as they did all they could.

"And done!" Serena yelled with excitement and a big smile

The audience was smiling and cheering for Serena including her friends who were amazed with her performance.

Both Serena and Aria stood next to each other in the stage as people voted for the next queen. After a close vote the results were in and the next queen was:

"QUEEN ARIA MANTAINS HER TITLE WITH ONLY 5 VOTES OF DIFFERENCE WITH PERFORMER SERENA"

Aria smiled as she got to maintain her title but was still surprised as how Serena was just so close to her and was very proud of her

"Im impressed Serena" Aria whispered to her

"Huh?"

"You are the only performer to be this close to beat me and I'm rooting for you"

"Thank you"

"Until next time Serena" They both hugged and smiled at the audience waving at them. They then walked away from the stage together as the audience cheered for them both

This is it for chapter 6! I'm actually surprised that this is chapter 6 and it didnt come out earlier bacause I didn't expect to come up with long conversations in the last 2 chapters. The next chapter I'm gonna try to change up the pace a little and start ending this "arc". I already have a few ideas for chapters after this and I'm gonna try to make it as long and of good quality as I can. Having fun writing so until next time, goodbye!
