New Adventure!

Clemont and Bonnie woke up the following morning to see Ash and Serena still wearing the cltes they wore the day before and noticed they were wet from all the rain. 

"I wonder if they are friends again" Bonnie whispered to her brother so that they don't wake them up

"They probably did... plus Serena seems to be smiling in her sleep so I guess they are fine now" Clemont responded quietly

"Lets leave for breakfast and wake these two up later" Bonnie said as she took her brother out of her room

~~ 15 minutes later ~~

Serena woke up and realized where she was

'I must have fallen asleep while hugging Ash yesterday'

Serena blushed because she was remembering everything from her conversation with Ash which included her little kiss

'Let me get out of these clothes and use something else until I wash them'

Serena walked into the bathroom with a casual outfit and looked at a sleeping Ash

'He is so cute'

A few minutes later Serena came out of the bathroom with her new outfit and saw that Pikachu was waking up

"Hey Pikachu" Serena said in a low tone as she approached Ash's bed

"He is quite the sleepy head right?"

"Pika" Pikachu nodded in agreement

"Let me try to wake him myself before you use thunderbolt" Serena said chuckling

Serena then went to Ash and started to shake his arm trying to wake him but it wasn't working

"Ash breakfast is ready and you are going to miss it..." Serena whispered in Ash's ear which started to wake him up

Serena put her hand on his face as he opened his eyes

"Hey Serena"

"Good morning Ash" Serena said while smiling at him

"Did you sleep ok?" Ash asked as he got up in a sitting position

"Yeah... thank you for carrying me to the pokecenter and I'm sorry for falling asleep over there"

"It's ok... you were very tired and you looked cute sleeping on my shoulder with the rain"

"Oh Ash..." Serena said while looking at him with a cute face and was gazing into his eyes while he gazed into hers in silence

"C'mon we have to eat breakfast quickly" Serena said as she stood up and was leaving the room

Ash couldn't stop looking at her and was admiring everything about her until he was interrupted by a slurp sound from Pikachu who was sucking on a ketchup packet as he watched the show between the two trainers.

"I'm not even going to ask where you got that" Ash said as he stood from his bed and gathered extra clothes to put on.

Ash made his way out of the room towards the kitchen to get his breakfast and found Serena finishing her meal

"Hey" They both said in unison which made them chuckle 

Ash got his plate and started to devour his breakfast which left Serena stunned at how fast he could eat

They both left the kitchen to find Clemont and Bonnie packing their belongings because they were heading out again

Ash and Serena walked in together with a smile on their face

"So I'm guessing everything is good between you two" Bonnie said looking at Ash and Serena

"Yeah... we are fine" Serena said as she turned to Ash and they smiled at each other

Bonnie then walked closer to Serena with a teasing grin and pulled her close

"So did you confess your feelings to each other or..." Bonnie whispered to Serena's ear and made her blush furiously

"N-N-No!" Serena said hiding her face and stuttering

Ash looked at them confused as he went towards his area and started packing

When they all packed and were leaving the pokecenter they saw nurse Joy coming towards them with a hurry

"Ash Ketchum you have an important message to check out"

Ash looked at his friends confused and told them to wait outside while he checked what the message was about

He looked at the screen and it said that it came from prof. Oak asking him for a favor and go to Lumiose city and that he would explain everything once Ash got there

'Lumiose city huh... that's not too far and we should get there in 2 days time if we leave now'

Ash then left the pokecenter to tell his friends where they were headed

"Guys we have to head back to Lumiose because a friend of mine needs my help and wants me to go there"

"Oh ok... that isn't very far and if we leave now we should get there pretty fast" Clemont said thinking on the route they should take

"We could also go to the train station that is right outside Lumiose and get there even faster!" Bonnie exclaimed with excitement because she always loved taking the train around Lumiose

"Let's go then!" Ash exclaimed as he raised his fist in the air and Pikachu did the same

The four of them then began heading towards Lumiose city as they wondered what adventure they were about to embark on

'I wonder what prof. Oak wants me to help him on' Ash thought to himself as he kept walking

Shorter chapters from now on I guess so RIP 1k word chapters... but hey these are still pretty long. This chapter is more to end this first arc and move on. This is the start of the new "arc" and I have a few ideas on where I'm gonna take the story so until next time, goodbye!
