Serena kissed Ash with tears. She couldn't think... and all she wanted to do was prove Ash wrong. He thought he didn't deserve her, that he was not worthy and she should look for someone better but she couldn't. Serena couldn't believe that Ash was giving up on everything. She was sad, confused and angry at him. She parted from the kiss and looked at Ash with a frown and was starting to break seeing him like that.
"Don't you dare say that to me" Serena said as tears began to fall
Ash wouldn't respond and was confused. He didn't want to disappoint her in any way and wanted to break bonds with her because he thought that would mean he couldn't hurt her. But maybe he was wrong and this was just in his head
"Don't you dare give up on not only your dream... but all of us as well" Serena continued
Serena wanted to say everything but she was too sad and couldn't stop crying
"How dare you say you want to give up... this is not you"
Ash looked to her with an emotionless face and was blankly staring at her
"You are the person who set me off to find my dream... Thanks to you I have one and you cheered me on to keep going. When I wanted to give up you came to me and gave me the comfort I needed to get stronger. I became a better person because of you Ash"
Serena went to Ash and held him by his jacket collar
"And now the person that gave me hope is giving up... This isn't like you"
Ash looked at her still puzzled and couldn't understand what Serena was trying to do
"My Ash never gives up and always tries his best... he is there for others and pushes them to be the best version of themselves... Look at all your friends from now and the past Ash" Serena said while trying to calm down but was still agitated "They grew because of you and your drive to accomplish your dreams pushed them to follow their own"
Ash began to tear up because he remembered how all his friends seemed determined for their own futures and how much he had helped each and everyone of them
"Ash look at me... I started with nothing and thanks to you I have something to live for... and your kindness towards others is what I like the most about you. You never gave up on anyone and were with them until the end. That is my Ash and its the Ash you are not acting like. And if you want to bring the topic of us to the table then don't you dare say 'Find someone better'"
Ash looked up to Serena saddened
"Because you are the most important person to me and I really like you... but the person I have a crush on is breaking my heart right now and is not acting how he is so please Ash stop this... If this is how you are from now on then I... I hate you" Serena said as she finally broke and she was now crying
Serena pushed Ash and he fell to the ground while she just ran with the blizzard getting much more violent
'I hate you'
'You are breaking my heart'
Ash began to cry when he remembered those words. He knew that he was wrong and that he now hurt Serena even more.
"What have I done..." Ash said as tears kept falling down and the snow around him became more abundant
Serena had just left running unable to look at Ash as tears fell down her face.
'Why did I say that' Serena thought remembering her last words to Ash
She ran as fast as she could through the forest. She saw the trees around her shake violently as she saw the trees fall and one fell on her legs. She scram in pain and began to cry. Was this her end?... She began to tear up thinking about everyone she loved and eventually thought of Ash. She cried because the last words she would have told Ash would be "I hate you".
'I'm so sorry Ash please forgive me... I love you' Serena thought as she began to cry
Ash stood up and began to run in the direction Serena did. The blizzard had gotten really bad and he knew that Serena was in danger. He didn't care if something would happen to him or if he was put in even more danger... all he wanted was to protect Serena. He ran until he found a bunch of fallen tree trunks and heard someone in pain
'No...' Ash thought
Ash walked over to see Serena barely conscious anymore and more trees began to violently shake with the harsh winds
"Ash... " Serena said with a painful look as one of the trees had pinned most of her legs
"Serena no!" Ash yelled trying to move the tree but to no avail
"Ash run! Find shelter and leave me here!" Serena scram while squealing in pain and crying
"This is all my fault... If I hadn't been so-"
"Ash please get out of here!"
"No! I won't leave you here I have got to save you"
"Ash pleas-" Serena whispered as she fell unconscious
"Serena everything will be ok I will save you" Ash said as tears fell down his cheek
'Come on Ash move the tree' Ash thought trying to move the tree pinning Serena's legs
"Someone help me!" Ash scram with pain and frustration
"This is all my fault... I am the one who hurt Serena the most yet she wanted to help me... And now she is pinned here while I stand here not being able to do anything"
Ash was filled with frustration and helplessness. He was feeling the pressure from the storm but would never leave Serena's side and began to cover her body with his jacket trying to keep her warm although he was freezing.
"I'm so sorry Serena... I messed everything up again"
Ash stayed there covering Serena trying to protect her. He was ready to accept any consequences if it meant Serena would be fine. He sat there helpless until he felt a similar connection
"Greninja..." Ash mumbled while shivering
Ash could feel Greninja looking for him through the bond and was trying to connect with Ash. Ash responded to Greninja and he saw Greninja move at the highest speed towards him because he knew they were in trouble.
"Help us... Greninja..." Ash mumbled trying to not lose consciousness until Greninja got there and right before he would cut his connection with Greninja he saw a figure come towards them with rapid speed...
That is part 2 of 3 I just realized I need 1 extra chapter for this big thing so yea. Its kind of a sadder chapter compared to the others so yea. Ash and Serena do grow closer together from this and at the end of Snowbelle they will have a cute moment because this is an amour fanfic. Thank you for all the support you guys have given. We are getting closer and closer to the end so I guess I'll see you then right? Love writing this so yea I'll keep on going. Next chapter hopefully tomorrow so until then, goodbye!
