I'm sorry part I

Ash walked towards the siblings with a look of exhaustion because he had been running as fast as he could and didn't get too wet from the rain

"Oh man that rain came out of nowhere" Ash said as he reached the two siblings

He then felt someone punch him in the stomach

"Hey what was that?" Ash said while looking at them confused

"HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT US LIKE THAT BEHIND OUR BACKS" Bonnie yelled at him with a furious face

"Wait what" Ash said quickly looking at both of them

"Serena overheard your conversation with those boys" Clemont said with a disappointed expression

"Dammit this is bad" Ash whispered to himself

"She told me everything that you guys talked about and I don't know what to say Ash" Clemont said while looking down not being able to look at ash

"Guys I think there was a huge misunderstanding" Ash said starting to panic

"Oh was there really" Bonnie said crossing her arms

"Guys I wasn't agreeing with them and they weren't nice people"

"Yeah we know that Ash but why didn't you defend us" Clemont said while being angry

"I did but I just couldn't say anything then because I was a little bit angry and I couldn't put it into words"

 "Well if you had then Serena wouldn't have been hurt" Bonnie said while punching him in the stomach again

"I guess she heard that part too..."

"SHE DID AND YOU DIDN'T DEFEND HER" Bonnie yelled at him

Ash was starting to get more stressed out and could not keep his cool anymore

"DAMMIT" Ash scram loud enough for the entire pokecenter to hear and it caught Clemont and Bonnie by surprise

Ash put his hands on his head

"I'm sorry guys... I should have had said something right there rather than later" Ash said looking down in shame

"We know that you like us Ash and that you wouldn't ever agree with that those boys said but you hurt Serena and you're the only person that can make this right"

Ash looked up to Clemont with understanding

"We forgive you Ash but you need to talk to her so don't worry about us" Bonnie said hugging Ash

"Thank you guys... now where's Serena"

"She is in our room" Clemont said putting his hand on Ash's shoulder

"Alright then... Pikachu stay here with them" 

Pikachu went to Clemont and Bonnie as Ash started to walk towards the room

He opened the door to see nobody there

"Serena?" Ash said as he entered the room

"Serena where are you I need to talk to you"

Ash was then pushed to the floor by someone as they stormed out of the room. Serena ran past Clemont and Bonnie who were left confused and saw Ash running out of the room towards the entrance of the pokecenter trying to follow Serena.

Rain started to pour outside the pokecenter as then a crying girl started running out not looking back at the others that were inside.

"Hey Serena wait!" Ash scram to her following behind 

"Serena wait please"

Serena ignored him and just kept running with tears in her face

"Why are you following me Ash" Serena thought to herself as she kept running under the rain

They kept running under the rain and Ash was starting to fall behind since he was already tired from running before

"C'mon Ash you can't let her go!" Ash said to himself

"You hurt her again and you need to help her"

Ash started to run faster and started to catch up to Serena. Serena saw a building with some cover and she went over there and sat down on the floor

Ash ran but lost sight of Serena and kneeled down to the floor

"I'm so sorry Serena please I want to talk to you" Ash whispered to himself looking down at all the rain falling around him

He was about to give up and he was starting to cry but then he remembered Serena's smile

"Never give up till its over right?"

He remembered all of the moments they shared and began to stand up

"I can't give up yet"

He began to run in the direction where he thought Serena might have gone to and wasn't gonna stop running until he found her

Serena saw someone approaching her running and tried to hide 

"C'mon Serena where are you?" Ash whispered to himself as he saw a pair of boots sticking out

Ash approached them and saw Serena crying while hiding her face

"Serena... we need to talk" Ash said in a low tone still in the rain while Serena didn't respond...

This is chapter 8 and the first of this little two part thing! This is a shorter chapter because I wanted to have the whole conversation between these two in one chapter and not share it between this one and the other. This is essentially the ending of this first "arc" but I will write this story to be a little longer after this so don't worry! Chapter 9 comes out tomorrow morning and 10 comes out the day after that so only one chapter tomorrow. But until then, goodbye!
