The wedding: Part 3

Itachi's POV

I had to have been the luckiest man in the world there is no other explanation as to how such a kind, smart, funny, interesting, classy, cute, gorgeous gem of a woman could end up being all mine. I am minutes away from from marrying her too. I looked at her hand intertwined with mine as we walked away from the photoshoot venue. The guests have mostly arrived as we went to the smaller hall next to the wedding hall that had been converted into a dressing room for Y/N and I for the reception and a touch up room for now. The man with fox-like features (Suna Rintaro) had just looked at both of us before giving a nod before I headed out to the hall before Y/N's entrance.

Y/N's POV

I stood at the entrance of the hall next to Sasori as all the guests took their places. First Shisui and Obito walked holding a huge silk rectangular flag with the Uchiha crest on it as it was placed on the wall that was decorated for it. Next Konan and Yahiko walked in followed by Kisame and Kurenai, Mei and Hidan, Temari and Deidara and lastly Fuyumi and Nagato. Then the song changed as Sasori I headed to the doors (I literally don't know what song to choose the only song playing in my mind is Itachi's theme song). I took a deep breath in as my train was lifted by Naruto and Sasuke. I took a hold of Sasori's arm as I smiled a smile that refused to leave my face.

"Seeing you this happy makes me so happy." Sasori said with a smile of his own as I beamed even brighter. "Who would've thought that girl I met in Suna all those years ago would grow to be such an influential, smart women who'd even get married and have me walk her down the isle." Sasori said softly as I chuckled.

"Are you trying to calm my nerves because its working."

"I'm glad." He whispered still smiling as we neared the pedestal where the rituals would take place.

Itachi stood smiling eyes focused on me as I neared him. Those same eyes that saw me at the arcade, the same eyes that saw me when he dropped of Sasuke, the same eyes that I looked into when we were under the stars. The same eyes that I loved, love and will always love. Sasori moved his arm letting me take Itachi's as I nodded in greeting to the priest Hagoromo. The rituals began as we followed them occasionally talking and unable to stop smiling as we watched our years of building this relationship being cemented into an official and legal one.

"Ladies and gentlemen the vows will be exchanged." Kitana announced as Itachi and I stepped back to the middle of the altar. Itachi took my hands in his as we looked into each others eyes.

"Itachi do you pledge to help each other to develop your hearts and minds, cultivating compassion, generosity, ethics, patience, enthusiasm, concentration, and wisdom as you age and undergo the various ups and downs of life and to transform them into the path of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity?"

"I do."

"Recognizing that the external conditions in life will not always be smooth and that internally your own minds and emotions will sometimes get stuck in negativity, do you pledge to see all these circumstances as a challenge to help you grow, to open your hearts, to accept yourselves, and each other; and to generate compassion for others who are suffering?"

"I do."

"Understanding that just as we are a mystery to ourselves, each other person is also a mystery to us, do you pledge to seek to understand yourselves, each other, and all living beings, to examine your own minds continually and to regard all the mysteries of life with curiosity and joy?"

"I do."

"Do you pledge to preserve and enrich your affection for each other, and to share it with all beings? To take the loving feelings you have for one another and your vision of each other's potential and inner beauty as an example and rather than spiraling inwards and becoming self-absorbed, to radiate this love outwards to all beings?"

"I do."

"I do." "Can we please call on the ring bearers." Kitana called out as Naruto and Sasuke walked up to the stage. They both held out their palms as the two rings were passed to Obito and Shisui.Itachi looked at me smiling taking the ring as I smiled back feeling him take my left hand as he slipped the ring onto my finger looking into my eyes with so much love and adoration. I took the ring from Obito as I looked into Itachi's eyes once more carefully sliding the ring onto his finger as I smiled brightly making him chuckle as priest smiled at the two of us finally stating the much awaited phrase.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Author's POV

The room erupted into a symphony of applauding as the two pressed their lips to each other signifying their marriage.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. And Mrs. Uchiha!" Kitana loudly announced as everyone applauded then the best man and man of honour both headed back to take the Uchiha crest off before heading to the Todoroki's (AKA brides family) handing them the Family's crest.

"Itachi how come they did that?" Y/N asked slightly confused.

"Because you are now an Uchiha." He said smirking as she laughed.

"Wow...I'm gonna have to work on a new signature huh?" she smiled.

"I can help you after all you are my wife."

"Aww please do husband." Y/N said feeling a warmth feeling from saying the word aloud as he smirked.

"Finally you're all mine huh?" He said smiled as she looked into his eyes.

"And you're all mine."
