Thousands of screaming fans, my voice ringing through the stadium, my four band mates smiling beside me. This is the dream life. Everything I've ever dreamed about is now right before me and no one can take it away.

The only thing that could take this incredible feeling away from me, is the pounding behind my eyes. I had been feeling slightly off all day but I had pushed it aside. Harry had seen my rubbing my temples this morning at breakfast and asked if I was okay, but I just shrugged him off. It was the same in the dressing room before the show. Except this time it was all the boys who were aware of my headache.

Like when Harry asked if I was okay, I shrugged them off and told them it was just a little bit of fatigue. We had been on tour for quite a while now and we were all beginning to grow a little tired. Which is why we have the next three days off. However Liam being the 'daddy directioner' he is made me take some Advil before going on stage.

We were halfway through the set list and I had made it through most of the show, but my headache was certainly becoming worse. The screaming fans and bright lights were only making the situation worse. I walked away and took a seat on one of the set pieces taking a sip from one of the water bottles that was on stage. Harry saw me and immediately  walked over to me.

"You okay?" He checked.

"Yeh fine." I shrugged him off.

"Louis." He spoke in a warning tone.

"Just my headache." I huffed, giving in.

"How bad is it?" Harry asked me.

"Bad, my head is pounding."

There was no point in hiding from the truth. My head really did hurt and the noise was becoming all too much. I took out my in ear monitors and buried my head in my hands.

"I'll be back."

I heard Harry tell me. I lifted my head out of my hands momentarily and watched him as he walked over to the other boys. Niall, Zayn and Liam were currently singing the chorus of the song.

Harry soon returned but this time with Liam by his side. Liam sat next to me and placed his arm around my shoulders. He took my mic from me and placed it on the ground infront of me along with his own.

"How bad's your headache Louis. Be honest with me." Liam asked, a tone of warning present in his voice.

"Bad, Liam. Really bad." I sighed while rubbing my temples.

"Do you need to go side stage, even for just a minute?" He asked

"No, but I can't keep up with the noise." I huffed.

"It's okay. We'll figure something out." He smiled at me.

By this point both Zayn and Niall had wandered upstage to join us before we started the next song. I needed a minute before continuing with the show and the screaming crowd.

"I'm going to go and distract the crowd." Harry informed us before he walked off and began talking to the fans.

This would by me some time to relax and focus a little. Hopefully it would give my head a break but the fans were still screaming as loud as ever. Zayn then rushed side stage to grab something before coming back to where Liam and I were sitting, Niall standing my our side.

"Here take some Advil. It's been a while since you last had some." Zayn passed me the packet and I took two hoping that they would get rid of the pain.

Paul, our tour manager, saw that something was wrong and signaled for Niall from the ground. Niall left my side and went over to Paul to explain what was going on.
