A serene meadow stretched out endlessly, a picturesque landscape bathed in the soft hues of eternal twilight. Here, the air was infused with tranquility, and a gentle breeze whispered through the tall, swaying grasses that painted the landscape in shades of emerald.

A sea of wildflowers swayed in unison, their vibrant colors harmonizing to create a breathtaking mosaic of life. As far as the eye could see, nature's beauty unfolded—a paradise untouched by time, where peace reigned supreme and the soul found solace among the blossoms that danced in perpetual celebration of existence.

Riki's eyes scoured the tranquil landscape, its serenity an enigma in this unfathomable realm. He had no clear understanding of how or why he had arrived here, but there was an unmistakable absence of danger, a stark departure from the turmoil he had become accustomed to. The scene was imbued with a surreal peace that struck a chord deep within him.

Then, as if a fragment of his most cherished dreams materialized, Riki's gaze fixated on a figure standing a few yards away, her back turned towards him. His heart, which had long been hardened by life's unyielding trials, momentarily faltered. The breeze gently played with her dark, untamed locks, allowing them to cascade freely down her back.

"Haru!" Riki's voice erupted with raw emotion, a mixture of astonishment, hope, and yearning. "Yang Haru!"

The figure at a distance shuddered, as if awakened from a deep slumber, and slowly turned to face him. She whispered his name in a voice like a haunting melody, its cadence reaching into his very soul. The sight of her unveiled her delicate, ethereal features, and it was as if the heavens had conspired to grant him this precious moment.

Without hesitation, Riki broke into a sprint, his feet carrying him towards her with an urgency born of fear that, like so many times before, she might vanish from his grasp.

Haru sprang to her feet and unleashed her voice in a powerful cry that echoed through the unearthly meadow. "RIKI! DON'T CROSS THE LINE!" Her words resounded with a commanding urgency, compelling him to halt abruptly. Bewildered, Riki's gaze dropped to the ground, revealing a narrow gap etched into the earth—a distinct yet enigmatic boundary.

With an air of satisfaction, Haru leisurely approached him, a radiant smile gracing her features as she subjected him to a thorough examination. Riki scrutinized the line below his feet and then gazed up at the enigmatic girl. "What is this line?"

A joyous laugh escaped Haru's lips as her smile expanded. "It's a line you shouldn't cross just yet."

"But then why are you on that side?" he inquired, his curiosity piqued, yet tinged with frustration.

Her grin, though momentarily subdued, never entirely vanished. "Because, Riki, I'm already dead. You, on the other hand, aren't ready to embrace that fate. I won't let you cross this border."
