what a delight it is so

when my eyes catch the deep brown eyes with flecks of gold

that you could just stare at for milleniums

when she engages intently with conversation

with someone fairer than thee

her small but agile fingers

she uses with swishes and flicks as she plays a glorious melody

that could melt any frozen heart it reaches

o what a blessing it is

to see her jet black as a raven's coat hair

glisten in the heated sunlight

revealing the darkest of dark honey highlights

that she wishes to hide

o what a mystical sight it is

when she picks up a rose from a garden bed and smells its enchanting scent

revealing her roman-shaped nose

that she wishes to hide

because after all

half of her DNA consists of her father's genes

yet the flower is none as enchanting

as the fairest madam thy wish to see from afar.
