Chapter 2 - News

It was nine o'clock in the morning.
Both Shawn and Katy had the day off so they just relaxed.
They were drinking coffee when Shawn heard a knock.

"Cory," both said and Shawn opened.
"Hey Cor. Come in," Shawn said.

It wasn't just Shawn but also Topanga and Riley.
Topanga signaled Riley and sighted.

"Is Maya awake? They need to talk," Topanga said.
"Sorry but no," Katy said.
"We know you're mad but they aren't..."
"That's not what Katy means Cory. In nine hours Maya will be arriving at Grand Island, Nebraska. She's been driving the past thirteen hours. She's on her way to Malibu," Shawn said.
"Is it that bad?" Riley asked.
"Yes. We'll let you know when we hear from her but she'll only arrive at the hotel at six tonight," Shawn said.
"Thank you and we're sorry. Riley is as well," Topanga said.
"She should've thought of that before ruining Maya's life."
"Easy Katy. I think you should rather go," Shawn said.
"See you tomorrow," Topanga said and they were off.
