Chapter 5 - Malibu

It's the next day and also just before six the morning.
Maya drove right through the night and it helped that she actually had too much caffeine in.
She stopped in front of a huge beach house and climbed out.
She breathed the air in and saw the house was literally on the beach.
She didn't wear tight or fancy clothes so it was good.
The weather was hot even for six the morning.
In New York the average this time would be between sixty and seventy but here it's between seventy and eighty.
Maya looked at the weather and saw it was going to be almost ninety degrees.
It was almost as warm as in New York but the humidity is higher.
She took her suitcase and backpack inside including all the stuff where the food was in.
The first thing she actually did was taking a shower and got dressed
She didn't actually wear fancy stuff.
Her swimsuit and a dress with some flip flops.
She knew she would be in the sun the entire day.

When she got out she pulled her hair up and grabbed a few stuff.
In her backpack she then put her phone, sunscreen as she needed it, swim towel, her wallet and a hat.

By the time she was done it was about seven and she went down to the beach.
There were already people showing up and she smiled.
At least she's not the only one there.
There was like a little restaurant on the beach and Maya decided to grab something for breakfast.
She got a banana muffin and some coffee.
She head down and immediately went on a towel.
Her day would just be relaxing.
