Idara's POV

      I looked up  and the branch has already fallen , did he just hug me to protect me.
I thought as my heart started beating so fast.

"Owww." Femi said as he pulled himself from the hug.

I just stood there looking like a fish that was brought out of the water.

And then everything clicked , he just got hit too.

"Are you okay ?? Why will you do that ? , Oo God let me see it ." I said as I turned to look at his back.

Thank God it was only his clothes that was stained.

I heard him laugh"I was expecting a thank you, or a hug."

"Which kind hug.   Thanks, you saved my life." I told him , meaning every word.

"No prob , I didn't want you to get hurt because of me."

"How is it because of you ?"
I asked him as we both sat down under another tree .

"I don't know, the five treasures was already enough I guess ."

I laughed at how he said it , actually admitting what I said earlier.

"U are not serious, anyhow sha , it's not your fault . "

"Na you talk am ooo" he said back.

I stared at him unbelievingly, "eeeeeehhhh, for your dirty mind your broken English is smooth.
"(Nigerians can relate. Broken English is a typical Nigerian English.).

We both laughed at what I said , I was slowly falling asleep after lots of gisting.

I felt someone place my head on a pillow , a very comfortable pillow, so I made myself more comfortable.

I woke up to a light snore , to find half of my body on Femi's and my head on his shoulder.

Eweh , he was the pillow I was talking about .

I looked at him as he was sleeping, he looked so cute , and I couldn't help but stare.

As my heart rate increased again , I wanted to sleep back but am sure he would notice , I don't know.

It's already in the evening and no teacher is around.

"Hey , you awake." Femi said in a husky voice as he yawned , .

I couldn't help but notice how the butterflies in my stomach increased again .

He looked at me and tucked one of my braid to the back .

I couldn't move , I did not even know what to do as he moved his hand to my cheek.

"Let's play 20 questions." He suggested and dropped his hand back .

"Okay oo , am in ."   "It's not like you had a choice.".   "Na you know . First question, what's your........."
