- This story will not follow the plot of the anime/manga

- The massacre DID NOT happen

- This is a modern story so no ninjustu or genjutsu

- For the sake of the plot Itachi is much older than Sasuke like old enough to be his almost dad (XD ok not so old)

- The Akatsuki aren't villains just Itachi's friends

- Sasuke will not be moody and angry since there was no massacre
