Chapter eleven

"Alright, alright! Fine!" Andrea agreed pulling him back by the arm. "I'll go with you." She mumbled.

"Great." Ryder put an arm around her waist possessively. He didn't want Steven to touch her with his filthy hands. "See you at school, Sanders." He smirked pulling Andrea away with him.

Andrea shot Steven an apologetic look but Steven just shot her a reassuring smile. Why was he so kind and nice? How can a guy like him be a drug dealer like what Ryder was saying about him.

Speaking of devil, Andrea took his arm away from her waist leaving it cold but at the same time warm from Ryder's touch. She couldn't help but felt electricity when he touched her. 'Ugh! You're delusional, Andrea!' Her conscience told her.

"What's your problem?" Ryder asked amusement dancing in his eyes.

"Your my problem! What's your deal with Steven anyway?!"

"You know what my deal is? You don't ever listen to me. When I say something, do you only hear buzz?!" Ryder hissed.

"How are you even sure that he does drugs? Do you have a proof?!" Andrea asked stopping from her tracks. She put her arms across her chest and Ryder stopped from walking as well. She knew he was pissed because he was glaring at her with so much venom.

Ryder opened his mouth but nothing came out. He ran a hand through his face in frustration. "Look Andrea, just stay away from Steven. He's just using you."

"And how would you know that?" She asked annoyingly putting her hand on her hips.

"I just know, okay? I know him better than you do, so please do us both a favour and stay away from him." Ryder demanded calmly.

Andrea shot him one last glare then started making her way out of the mall. "Hey, wait up!" Ryder called up running to catch up to her.

They walked through the censored door and Andrea scanned the parking lot. She quickly saw Ryder's Ferrari but she decided she didn't want to go with him. She was still upset with him so she decided to just take the bus.

Ryder knew Andrea saw his car but she walked the other direction. He quickly grabbed her forearm to stop her. "Where do you think you're going? My car's that way." He said nodding his head to his car.

"And the bus stop's that way." She said motioning to the other direction where the bus stop was. "Are we done now or are we going to go through all this geography?" She asked annoyingly pulling her arm away. She didn't wait for him to answer. Instead, she started walking again but Ryder stopped her again.

Andrea let out an annoyed sigh through her nose and turned back to Ryder. She glared at him and send daggers through her eyes.

"What now?!" She snapped.

"My car, now!" He growled pulling Andrea with him towards his car. She struggled and tried to wiggle her arm out of his grip but he wouldn't budge. He unlocked the doors and pushed Andrea inside.

Ryder slid in to the driver's seat and put the car in ignition. Andrea crossed her arms to her chest and let out a puff of air in annoyance. "Cheer up, Princess." Ryder teased chuckling a little.

He started driving panicking Andrea. She quickly pulled the seatbelt and buckled it. "Why would you do that?!" She almost screamed.

"Do what?!"

"Drive without waiting for me to put my seatbelt on! Do you have any idea how dangerous it is driving without a seatbelt on?!"

"Relax, we're still alive, Princess." He chuckled.

"Stop calling me that!" She demanded.

"Would you rather me call you 'SLAVE'?" He smirked glancing at her every once in awhile.

"No!" She screeched. "Call me Andrea! I have a name for a reason!"

"But I don't want to call you Andrea. I wanna be unique. You only got two choices; Princess or Slave? Which one do you like the most?"

"None of them!"

"Okay, then I'll choose... Princess!" He laughed causing Andrea to glare at him and curse under her breath.

"Just take me home!" She muttered.

"Why are we here? I told you to take me home? It's five o'clock, my mom must be looking for me now." Andrea asked glaring at Ryder.

"Would you relax? I just want to eat." He said getting out of the car. They were parked outside McDonalds and Andrea was annoyed by Ryder.

She let out a sigh of frustration and got out of the car anyway. "You could have taken me home first before you eat. Pig!" She muttered under her breath.

"I heard that!"

"I know, you were suppose to hear it." She said mockingly following Ryder inside.

They occupied a table near the counter and Andrea sat down feeling exhausted. "What do you want to eat?" Ryder asked.

"I wanna go home. I don't want to eat!" Right after she said that, her stomach started growling. She blushed to the fullest looking like a red tomato.

"Really?" Ryder chuckled amuse by Andrea's lie. "Because your stomach says otherwise."

Andrea bowed her head embarrassedly. "Fine! I'll have double cheese burger and some fries." She muttered shyly.

"Would you like a drink?" Ryder questioned as Andrea nodded hesitantly.

Before Ryder could turn away, Andrea got his attention. "Oh, here's the money." She said taking the money out of her purse.

Ryder shook his head and push her hand away with the money. "Don't worry, it's on me." He smiled genuinely at her and made his way to the counter leaving Andrea astonish.

"Thanks, for driving me home." Andrea smiled gratefully at Ryder as he pulled over to her house. "And thank you also for the treat."

"You're welcome." Ryder smiled back staring at her. He couldn't help but think how stunning she looked in that sundress. He felt a little jealous that she went out with Steven and not with him.

"Anyway, I guess I'll see tomorrow at school."

"Absolutely." Ryder replied as Andrea shot him another smile and got out of the car. Before closing the door, Ryder muttered a goodnight.

"Goodnight." Andrea answered back as she shut the door closed and made her way to the front door.

She glanced back at the driveway only to see Ryder's car still parked and he was staring at her. She waved a goodbye and he did as well then he pulled up leaving Andrea smiling like an idiot.

Why did she feel happy that it was Ryder who dropped her off and not Steven? Why did she had much more fun hanging out with Ryder? Why did he make her feel so special?

All these questions ran into her head and she just wanted to smack her head on the wall. She let out a sigh and made her way inside. Her parents must still be at work considering that the house was deadly silence.

She made her way to her bedroom and couldn't help to think 'What a day!'
