"She's awake."

Princess Sana opened her eyes, and sat up with a start. Everyone was standing there, circling her, concerned. She, so badly, wanted to believe that it was a dream, she did, but when she saw an injured Jungkook sitting on the couch, she knew it was not.

"Sana-" Baekhyun approached her gently, but she flinched away, and climbed down the bed. "Sana, please sit. We can talk later-"

"Jimin..." She looked up, tears rolling down her eyes. There was blood and screams, gunshots and cries echoing inside her, creating a maelstrom within her. A chilling cold swept inside her body and made her tremble with fear as things she didn't want to acknowledge tried to break through the recesses of her overwhelmed mind. "He's dead." Her trembling hands covered her mouth as she looked at her royal friends and then her eyes moved to the bowl of fruits. A knife was there.

"Sana! No!" Taehyung grabbed her arm, and pulled her towards him. "No, don't do anything stupid. Please."

Joy wiped her tears, and cupped her face. "We understand, but please rest for a bit. Just sit down, Sana. You're in shock and -"

"No!" Sana shouted at her, and Joy stepped back, startled. "I'm not in shock. I know what I saw. I know how they killed him. I'm not in shock. I just got into my senses," her voice choked on a sob. The room spun around her, and she fell on her knees. Baekhyun lifted her, and placed her on the bed gently. "Jimin... Bring him back." She mumbled weakly.

"Is she okay?" Princess Sana's fiance, Jaehyun rushed into the room. He had to be informed according to protocol. Seeing her like that broke his heart, and he looked at everyone. "Can I have a moment with her?"

Taehyung and Baekhyun exchanged a glance, and walked out with others. Jaehyun held her hand. "What has happened to you?" He asked, but she didn't reply, and he looked at his phone when it rang. Excusing himself, he went to the window, and told Yuta that everything was fine with Sana, and he would take care of her.

But, his heart sank when he turned around, and didn't find Sana in the bed. He rushed out of the door, and informed everyone about her escape as they started searching for the princess. Lisa and Jungkook knew where she could be, and asked them to go to the former queen's chamber. No body asked questions, and ran there.

Princess Sana entered the chamber, and the former queen looked up. "Welcome darling. I knew you would visit soon."

"Why?" She asked. "Why did you do that?"

"I want to stay in power. My secret wouldn't let me have that power." She smiled, and strolled towards her. "So, I killed your poor lover. I couldn't have a lose end."
