2. 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑱𝒐𝒃 ?

Yuna slides her feet in her shoes and give a last check on the files she was holding. She was nervous and embarrass at the same time. She wants to leave this world instantly. She still can't believe that behold! ' Kim Taehyung' is going to be her boss.

" Mom! I'm leaving " She informs her mom and walks out of her home. She takes a deep breathe and tries to release her nervousness. Everything he said yesterday, flashes in her mind-

" I told you we will meet again "
Her cheeks tinted with pink colour by knowing the fact how close he was right now

" I- I - I am uh- "

He backed off and Chuckled while shewas looking everywhere except at him and crossed his arms over his chest.

" It's too early in the morning to be flustered don't you think? Clumsy kitten "
He smirks

" I'm not flustered- wait -just when the hell you started giving me nicknames ? "

He looked at his watch which was wrapped around his right wrist
" Just right now "

" Just where the hell you appear all of a sudden?! What made you come to our house suddenly? My mom has been working in her office for years and I never got to know her boss was you! " I huffed while looking at him from head to toe

" It's something private. You are too young to understand "He winks

She gasped dramatically and replied
" yeah! I didn't knew you are a grown old grandpa "

" you better watch saying anything because you'll regret saying all of that later " He asserted

" So confident? I'm impressed "

" yeah! I learn it from my daddy "
He joked that made both of us laugh

The moment I stopped laughing and look up to find him looking at me like a fan looks at his ideal

" Hmn? Like what you see ?"

She questioned as she poked his cheek

He Chuckled and shooked his head
" Nothing "

He walked close and ruffled her hair
" I'm waiting for it " He whispered and walk away

Before she could ask him anything, he walked out of the house leaving Yuna dumb founded again

" Ugh! What the hell does he think he is?! " She complains while punching air around her like a stupid

" Some kind of Heartthrob?! Well, won't deny that God made him in a free time though "

Oh Gosh! I'm admiring his face already!

She thinks to herself and slaps herself to get into her senses again. She looks at the familiar buildings and finally stands in front of his so-called office

She bits her lip, digging her nails in the files she's holding. She is anxious but she has no choice.

Mom is not feeling well these days so she requested Taehyung for me to fulfil her duties until she comes back.

She takes a deep breathe again and fakes a smile. She wants to look cheerful and confident. The receptionist informs her that he is busy in a metting. She sits and examins every corner of the room.

" Can't believe he is the CEO "
She mumbles.

After some time, the same receptionist informs her to meet him. She fastens her pace towards his room and gives a soft knock on it.

Okay! You got this Yuna!

As she walks in, finds someone sitting on the chair but Yuna was facing his back.

" Ahm- " She fake coughs to be the centre of his attention and fortunately that makes him turn around and look at her.

" Look, who's here! Clumsy kitten "
He jokes, getting up from his seat and walks toward the front side of his desk. Crosses his arms and darts his gaze on the beautiful lady in front of him.

" I'm not your clumsy kitten "
She replies

But imstead of her giggle she hears a smug laugh

" Indeed! you are not my clumsy kitten but- maybe soon you will " he emphasise the word my

" Nevermind, let's look at your qualifications, Ma'am "

Yuna nodds and hand over her files to him. It seems like he was analysing it-

" Quite qualified! I'm impressed " He compliments as he licks his dry lips.

Fierce Yuna was long gone. She was trying her best to not to do any kind of eye contact with him and distracts herself by playing with her fingers.

" Okay! You are going to start your work from tomorrow. Best of luck Miss Yuna "

Her gaze searches for his face to as he hands back the files with a soft smile. He turns around to sit on his seat again.
But Yuna probably having something in her brain that she wants to say quickly before it's too late.

" Mr Kim- "

" yes? Something wrong? " He questions

" I- I am sorry about what happened at our first meeting. I was- "

" It's okay " He cuts off her sentence and ruffles her hair

" Yah! why are you acting like you're my best friend and know me for years! "
She quickly looks up at Taehyung

" I can be more then just a ' best friend ' if you say so. Kitten~ "
A warm smile appears on his face
