Author's pov:

Mr. Maheta again said to Abhishek, "Why are you afraid of the operation today? I know my team is with me, but Abhishek, you're also a part of my team."

After understanding this, Abhishek's mother came to him, reassured him, and said, "Go, beta, today is about Shanvi, so why hesitate?." She spoke so softly that no one heard, then all of Shanvi's family said, "beta, you are so capable; even big doctors are recommending you for the operation. We request you to stand with our Shanvi again."

Abhishek said, "Don't worry, everyone. I'll go for the operation, and I promise I won't let anything happen to Shanvi." Hearing this, smiles appeared on everyone's faces. As Abhishek was about to leave with Mr. Maheta and his team, he suddenly stopped, turned slightly, and said, "Aunty and Uncle, remember one thing. Just as Shanvi holds significance for you, she is equally special to me. Consider her as my life, and I won't let anything happen to my life."

Before anyone could react to Abhishek's emotional statement, he went with his team to the ICU. He wore the safety attire and a mask, with fear evident in his eyes.

Mr. Maheta reassured him, saying, "Strengthen your mind; there's nothing to fear. We'll make every effort to ensure nothing bad happens to this innocent girl."

Abhishek's pov:

"I had never imagined that a day would come when my Shanvi would be lying in such pain and suffering in front of me. I must overcome this fear; otherwise, I'll lose my self-confidence.

I went to Shanvi and looked at her with all my heart. Seeing her in this condition brought tears to my eyes. In my mind, I said, 'You know, Shanvi, when you're in pain, it feels like I'm feeling that pain.'

Gently stroking her forehead, I whispered, 'Shanvi, I love you immensely, more than you can ever imagine.'

You have to quickly open your eyes and talk to everyone with the same laughter as before. I'll fix everything.

Then, I kissed her forehead and, with my forehead touching hers, stayed like that for a while.

Just then, Dr. Alex arrived and said, 'Alright, Abhishek, the operation preparations are done. We need to start now.' With his voice, I quickly separated from Shanvi."

I nodded and then I closed my eyes and prayed to God, "Please, God, heal my Shanvi, give her strength and courage. Nothing should happen to my Shanvi now."

The operation theater lights were then turned on, and the six of us stood around Shanvi.

Suppressing my emotions and fears, I began preparing for the surgery, taking the necessary instruments into my hands.

As I stood there, the weight of responsibility on my shoulders, I pushed aside my personal fears. The sterile environment of the operating room heightened my focus as I prepared to embark on this critical journey.

I meticulously scrubbed my hands, the cool water providing a temporary distraction from the intensity of the situation. The surgical instruments gleamed under the bright lights, and I mentally reviewed each step of the procedure.

As the surgery commenced, a profound silence enveloped the room, broken only by the rhythmic sounds of medical equipment. I navigated through the intricate task, my hands moving with practiced precision. The heart monitor's constant beeping was a reminder of the delicate balance between success and potential complications.

Time seemed to stretch, each moment etching itself into my memory. Every decision I made held the weight of Shanvi's well-being. The surgical team worked seamlessly, their expertise complementing the gravity of the situation.
