It was a beautiful afternoon, not a cloud in the sky. Eva was being led onto the beach by Elaine both of them skipping with excitement. They were making their way up the little hill that led to the beach, Eva's heart pounding in her chest as she walked with a beautiful large sword she was given from Elaine, her sister had given her instructions that it was important for the evening that she brought it.

"Hurry it up!" Elaine smiled "I'm excited to see your reaction."

"Me too," Eva laughed

As they reached the top Eva gazed over the beach looking for Ivar. What her eyes beheld was the last thing she had expected, a soft gasp left her lips before a cheesy grin took over her face. Her eyes fell upon a small section of the beach decorated with fire pits and dead branches, sticking out of the ground covered in different shells, surrounding a small group of people. In the centre sat a tall table made out of an old tree stump, large candles sat lit upon it with a wooden carved bowl right in the middle filled with water with two rings inside. Eva could hear drums and other musical instruments playing the exact song from Floki and Helga's wedding by a live group situated in the background.

Ivar was standing tall behind the table with his underarm crutches, he was wearing a white tunic with gold designs and matching white pants, 'someones looking extra scrumptious today," Eva thought. He looked nervous as his mouth moved rapidly while facing Joseph, Riley, Nick and Avery. Riley was first to reply as she patted his face, that caused Ivar to stare daggers at her, but she only laughed in reply. Once Joseph caught the two sisters out the corner of his eye, he quickly said something before making his way to them.

All the boys were wearing matching Navy blue tunics and white pants, While Riley was wearing a beautiful red summer dress with a matching strange hat that was decorated with seashells. Everyone looked well dressed for the occasion, It didn't take much to guess what Ivar had planned all morning with Elaine.

Once Eva caught sight of Ivar she couldn't help but stare, Ivar had turned to seek out the only girl to soften his cold heart. His eyes went from a hard blue only to soften into a calm ocean as he his eyes fell upon Eva. Ivar was speechless, Eva looked beautiful the night of the ball, but now she looked like a real Viking bride.

It was as if time had stood still, both of them soaking in the moment. Eva couldn't help but feel complete staring at the crippled, handsome man who forced his way into her life. He was always by her side, and the last few hours being apart felt lonely and she couldn't shake the feeling of how she had become so clingy.

Ivar finally recovering from his dumbfounded moment, grinned and winked at his bride to be. Eva bite her upper lip to hide the biggest cheesy smile that was pulling at her cheeks, as she chuckled at him.

"A bit young to get hitched ain't it?" Joseph pulled Eva's concentration from Ivar, as Elaine made her way towards Nick.

"Says the one who helped prepare me for it," Eva rolled her eyes at him.

Joseph smiled the offered his arm to her.

"What do you say? Would you give me the honour to give away my beautiful best friend to a crazy killer hero Viking?"

"You may," she nodded.

Eva now felt her heart speed up, she was feeling flustered and nervous. 'Calm down Eva, it's not a real wedding' she chanted to herself. But once Eva caught Ivar staring at her with so much love as if she was the only person on the planet, she couldn't help but feel as if it was the real thing.

As they walked around the small circular table and neared Ivar, she couldn't help but want to jump his bones but controlled herself. Riley stood before Joseph, and he gave her a piece of silver, with intricate designs. It looked like a pirates piece of silver, to which Eva guessed Ivar made or brought.
