TAHIMIK akong nagmamasid sa daanan pauwi sa rancho, I can't help but to smile everytime I remember what he said earlier. Be my girlfriend. The smile was flastered on my face especially when I saw him with his cold looks. Wala akong ideya na magiging mabilis lang para sakin ang paamuhin at kunin ang loob nya.
Matagal na ang apat na buwan at makakabalik na rin ako sa dati at masaya kong buhay. Although, I felt a little guilt when my mind thinking that I used a man who's part of my childhood memories. But I can't lose my career over him.
"Ate Lei, sa susunod na uuwi ako dito punta ulit tayo roon" ngiting ani ni Liyah sakin.
"Sure." I smiled.
I look to Aeron who's now currently sleeping using a neck pillow. Even he's cold, he's still handsome just like before.
"Ate, nabalitaan ko na tinanggihan mo daw yung pagmomodel sa sikat na brand lingerie's company?" She asked.
"Yes. I-I refuse it." I answered
"Is it because that you're here Lei?" Tita asked.
"No tita. It's my choice anyway" I tried to sounds okey but I'm not really okey, I would like to answer her that yes, I lost a countless oppurtunities just because I am here suffering.
"I'm sorry I can't do something about that. Your mom told me that you should learned your lesson" she said
"I will." I smiled back.
A long silence filled the whole van.
Until we reach our place.
"Tita, can I rest now? I'm tired" I said and smile
"Yes of course. Aeron will send your phone to your room later." I nod and continue to walk towards my place.
Kaagad kong binagsak ang katawan ko sa malambot na kama at pumikit.
It's passed 4 pm and I'm not really tired to take a nap. I just excuse it so that I can plan my next move.
Actually, I don't know what to do next to Aeron. Of course, I will let him to be my boyfriend because at the first place it was my goal that I should aim.
Maybe I will act that I don't have any intention to used him. Or maybe I am going to do my plan day by day. I will let him fall on my trap. And after, sya mismo ang mahsasabi sakin kung gusto ko bang bumalik sa Paris to pursue my career. But after that, maybe I am going to break him up. Hindi naman sya masasaktan because at the first place he's a good playboy afterall.
I smiled wide and hug the pillow besides me. I heard a simulateneous knock on the door.
"You awake Lei?" I heard a familliar voice shout outside.
Why he didn't use the bell instead of shouting?. I walk towards the door and open it.
"I'm still awake" I said and open the door wide so that he can enter
"Hindi naman ako magtatagal. Iaabot ko lang yung cellphone mo." He said and give my phone to me.
"Owkey?" I said but why I felt dissapointed?
He was about to turn around when he speak.
"Oh I almost forget to say.." he paused.
"Tomorrow, at 6 am sa rancho. Maglilinis tayo ng kuwadra"
My jaw drop. What the hell? Is this how he will court me?
"Aeron" i called his name to catch his attention.
