I sighed deeply at this time and rolled my eyes to Shawn, "We had plans. We had plans, Shawn. That's it. I don't understand what's in that party that you need to attend so badly when you can and always excuse yourself like the old times."

He massaged his temple to gather his thoughts, I know something is happening and I'm afraid it may involve someone. "Love, it's just - they're all there and it's bad if I'm not there. I'll make it up to you soon. Just let this pass by."

I scratched my head in annoyance about that party that he needs to attend badly and for him making excuses of not letting them, the people outside our inner circle that we're dating.

I grabbed my purse, "Do whatever you want. I'll go grab some coffee at Starbucks." I said in a monotone voice.

By, do whatever you want meant he should stay here and cancel his presence at that party. But, he did the exact opposite of my request.

I came three hours later at my apartment, without Shawn's presence and a note on the fridge.

"I'm sorry. I need to be there badly. I'll make it up to you after this. I love you so much. Talk to you soon. Love, Shawn ❤"

Then I saw the pictures. The audacity of what's happening made me mad at him. I love him but what the hell is going on? If he thought I can't see this stunt, these pictures, he and his team may think I'm still living in the 1900s.

"What the actual fuck?" I raised my voice which interrupted my dog's nap.

I immediately texted him a couple of texts;

"Shawn, what the fuck?"

"A head's up would be very lovely."

"Are you kidding me?"

"Am I joke to you?"

"Really? This is the reason why you cancel our plans?"

"For fuck's sake."

After a couple of minutes, he started calling me but I turned it off immediately to send him a message that I'm so pissed to talk to him right now.

He texted me a reply.

"Love, I can explain."

I chuckled loudly and bit my lower lip.

"Don't care. Go stream Señorita." I tweeted instead of replying to Shawn's text. If they wanted that PR so badly, I can do it for them without asking me. I'm rather happy to help them. Which in a matter of minutes made it to the top tweets and people are starting to talk about conspiracy why I tweeted that.
