"You and me, we make each other better. We may not be perfect, but we are perfect together." -Rosanna Pansino, Perfect Together.

-------------------> "SO, WHERE ARE WE GOING ON OUR FIRST DATE?" Rose asked sometime after he returned from 'work', her cheeks carrying a lovely pinkish hue.

"I was thinking of dinner in France," Marvolo replied. "After all, if I remember correctly, you had promised to take me to a very nice French restaurant when we initially met."

"And then you kidnapped me," Rose said dryly before shaking her head. "But no. Dinner in France sounds amazing and all, but we both have dinner together every single day. So, no. I want my first date to be special." She told him, letting out a dreamy sigh.

Marvolo raised an eyebrow. "My?" He said.

Rose blinked. "I'm sorry?"

"My," Marvolo repeated. "You said 'I want my first date to be special'. Am I your first boyfriend?" He teased.

Rose scoffed. "What... no..." She then started laughing nervously. "Well... maybe?"

Marvolo looked at her antics, amused.

Rose shook her head. "Never mind, that's not the point. The real point is, that for OUR first date together, we need to go somewhere we haven't gone together before. Somewhere special... Somewhere fun... Somewhere like..." Rose's eyes lit up. "An amusement park!"

"No.," Marvolo said simply.

Rose pouted. "C'mon Marvolo... It'll be fun..." She sang.

Marvolo looked thoughtful. "Well, that changes everything."

Rose's eyes lit up. "Really?"

"No.," Marvolo said.

"Why not?" Rose whined. "I love amusement parks!"

"It's muggle," Marvolo emphasised. "And there is no way I will be going on a metal muggle machine, no matter what you do or say, Rose."

Rose simply smirked.

Two hours later, the greatest Dark Lord the magic world had ever seen standing in front of a Muggle amusement park in London with a frown on his face and his left eye twitching slightly.

Rose had put up a brilliant argument in order to convince him. She had also begged, blackmailed, manipulated, cried, threatened and had even tried to seduce him (in no particular order).

So in the end, he had no choice but to agree to her wishes.

Rose had been thoroughly convinced that there was no need for glamours since from what she learnt from Draco, people thought that he looked snake-like with red eyes and no nose (something Rose teased him about for hours), and had thus, convinced Marvolo to not put any glamours on either of them.
