Chapter 19 - Being blind has it's pros...

---Kim's POV---

The sound of running water was stopped and Will stepped out of the bathroom towards the bed before it dipped as he probably crawled towards me. I couldn't help but smile as I could imagine how he was smirking at me. After all, when the Alpha pairs had left the house, Will had silently whispered in my ear that he was planning on having his way with me again.

I chuckled but squealed lightly when he yanked at my ankles and plucked me off the bed, twirling me around in his arms as he broke in laughter. "Will! You're crazy!" I laughed, thumping my fist against his chest when he spun around even faster. He stopped and shook his head, making his way to the bathroom with a bounce in his step.

"Sorry love, I'm just glad that the pack has a trail to follow, my wolf is completely satisfied with being completely mated and I can't wait to make love to you again, just like I promised." I blushed at the deeper tone his voice took at those last words before he set me down on the floor.

Pushing him to the side, I stepped in the bathroom and walked towards the bath, knowing that Will had talked about joining me, or in his words, "Save some bathwater and take one at the same time." He chuckled slightly before I felt him move around in the bathroom as he started, "Well, the pack is on high alert now."

I blinked and turned my head to look in his general direction so he could see my expressions. "Why? Is this about Carlos?" Will's silent growl confirmed my suspicions before I was hugged to his bare chest.

"Yeah, Juan had managed to pry more information out of his mate but even she doesn't know where he is right now. What we do know however, is that he holds an unhealthy interest for you and I don't want him to get anywhere near you."

Nodding slightly, I couldn't help but shiver at the thought of ever meeting Carlos again. Once was enough for me. Will's arms rubbed soothingly over my shoulders as he reassured me. "Hey, he's not going to get you honey. The pack knows his scent, they know how he looks like and everybody wants to keep you safe."

Wow. Everyone wanted to help me?

I felt Will's chest shake against my back as he chuckled and nodded his head. "Yes, everyone wants you safe. Stop your self-doubting Kim, you're amazing and I'm lucky to have you." He chuckled before I jolted as he started rubbing his hands on my back, lathering me up with soap.

Okay, when did I get in the bath with him? I really need to focus more.

Will chuckled again before he splashed water over my back to get the soap off. "You being blind does have its benefits. I can get to sneak up on you for starters." He teased, laughing again when I slapped his thigh. "Anything else?" I wondered, glancing in his direction over my shoulder.

"Yeah, you're oversensitive too." He said before his fingers started jabbing at my ribs, tickling me mercilessly as my heavy thoughts of Carlos and my beating were forced out of my mind as I laughed, squealed and wriggled to get out of his hold.

It did seem too early in our relationship, but I knew I loved William with everything I had.

---Will's POV---

After our bath time with some...distractions along the way, we quickly dried each other and made our way to the rest of the pack, since I had to discuss the safety issues with Dad and James, along with a few Enforcers.

Enforcers were werewolves that were built to fight, their name literally spelled their job out; they enforced the Alpha's commands. And right now, we were still thinking about what their job was going to be.

"Kimberly! Hey, come meet my mate. Oh my gosh, that's still so weird to say! I don't think I can ever get used to it, all this time hoping that werewolves and vampires and such were real so I could escape my boring life and now here we are!" Karen blabbed as she ran up to Kim and hung on her neck.
