We set out on our mission by initiating the other boys into our plans. As they say the more the merrier.

Our mission was straight and direct; Get Jackson to change his mind and follow us to the field trip.

Our plan looked something like this

1st: Find out why he doesn't wanna go- Bella

2nd: Find solutions to the problem and make him think positively-  Ella and Mark

Ella just had to be in that one, she is the fairy God mother of positivity

3rd: Telling him the bad stuff that will happen if he doesn't come- Tony and Vera

I know its a little bit harsh but we need him to be there at all means necessary

4th(last): A private chat telling him what this means to us if we go together and how we are gonna miss him like hell if he isn't there- Bella

So there's our plan, even if it doesn't really have strategies like war plans in movies. It was still worth the try.

Jackson is my best friend when it comes to boys, always there for me. Making me happy and teasing me.

This trip would really be boring without him. And I couldn't let him miss out on the fun.

Soon we set our plan into motion. Immediately after Biology, I drag Jackson to the cafetaria.

"Troublemaker"

"Damsel"

"Why don't you wanna go"

"Cause I don't feel like going"

"You don't just feel like not doing something"

"Don't talk like you don't say that too"

"Jackson what's the real reason"

"Fine. I hate travelling"

"Why??"

"I have serious road sickness"

"Okay"

"And I don't wanna end up embarrassing myself in front of the whole school"

"Hey you can get a puke bucket and sit at the back of the bus"

"And I can't really adjust to new places"

"Come on"

"Before I adjusted to this school, it took weeks"

"Seriously"

"Yea and that's why am not going"

"You are"

"Am not"

"We will see"

I run to the library where we all planned to meet after my own part of the mission

"Hey guys"

"Hey"

"What did he say"

"He's not going cause he has road sickness and is bad at adjusting to new places"

"Hmmm"

"So we need solutions to those problems"

"I told him he can get puke buckets or sachets and stay at the back of the bus"

"Good idea"

"What of the adjustment problem??"

"We can help him"

"Yea!! Me and Mark can help him sort out stuff"

"Great idea guys"

"Thank you"

"So Ella and Mark you are up, remember positivity"

"You don't need to remind me, he's gonna turn so positive he won't know what hit him"

"Yea we will be fine"

"Great!! Good luck"

Ella and Mark leave the library while we snickily follow behind them watching as they put on their act.

After some chit chat there and here, they finally turn around and start walking towards us.

"Soooo"

"It was great"

"Yeah we told him our suggestions and he tried to decline but we insisted"

"And I said a lot of great things about the great out doors and how change can be good"

"OK I hope it was effective"

"Yea I saw the way he looked, I think it worked"

"Vera and Tony you are up"

Two parts of our mission remaining and we have to be through before Jackson goes to Miss. Claudia's office.

Have you ever gone a long way just to help your friend?? I have and it was fun.

Hope you can tag along till the end, drop a vote and comment. Love ya and stay safe
