Chapter 36: Prom

Me, Vera and Ella are getting ready. Fixing our hairs and putting on makeup. Today was prom, the big day was finally here. The party had just began and I knew we were going to be late by some minutes.

Finally, we finish our make up. We slip into our dresses and adore each other. I had to admit we looked drop dead gorgeous. My black dress looking beautiful with my white necklace and red bracelet.

The three of us walk slowly taking in the moment as we walk down the stairs, the light shines and everyone directed their attention towards us. I notice Tony and Mark, they looked handsome in their black suits.

Tony let his hair fly widely, bringing out his chocolate eyes. He wore a red suit and a white torso. He let his suit loose without buttoning it. Mark combed his hair backward and his green eyes also shone out, he wore a black suit with a black torso, like he was a black shining knight. They looked stunning.

As we finally reach the end of the stairs. I gasp at the sight, the planning committee really worked hard for this because it looked amazing and wonderful. Different colors of balloons and ribbons. It looked colourful and the atmosphere was fun.

"Vera look Tony is over there" I whispered

"I know" Vera said

"Aren't you gonna go meet him??" Ella asked

"I don't know"

"Vera come on go talk to him"

"Yeah stop acting like a shy baby"

While me and Ella are still trying to convince Vera to talk to Tony. He walks over to us.

"Pardon me ladies but may I steal this beauty from you" He points towards Vera

"Of course gentleman

"You may gentleman"

We giggle as Vera glares at us before been dragged away. Tony and Vera walk over to the dance floor and I notice Vera blushing.

I am sure she is gonna have a good time!!!

"Wanna grab some punch" Ella said

"Of course, those love birds can't have all the fun"

Ella chuckles and we go to the large table with different snacks. I see chips and I grab some with a glass of punch in my hand. I stare around looking for Andrew but I don't see him.

While searching, my eyes catches Jackson and Lily on the dance floor. Dancing and whispering to each other, soon I notice a victorious smirk on Jackson's face while Lily had her shy face on.

Jackson what did you do??

"May I have this dance Mademoiselle" Ella asked

"Of course you may"

We walk to the dance floor and begin dancing to Shape Of You by Ed Sheeran. I really loved this song. I and Ella throwing awful moves I am sure. We were having a lot of fun.

Soon I get exhausted and decide to sit down but Ella said she still wanted to show her ultimate dance step more like craziest. I left her and sat down, my eyes still roaming around for Andrew but I can't still find him.

I give up and decide to head back to the dance floor. But I looked around and couldn't find Ella, my eyes roaming round catching sights of Tony and Vera having a good time.

After some time, I get worried. I hope she is okay, I have watched way too much movies where people get crazy and do stupid things. But soon all my worries vanish when I see her with Mark at a corner talking. She looked happy and was smiling throughout the conversation.

What happened to the single babe plan Ella!!!

I chuckle and go to the dance floor, I wanted to dance but it didn't feel like the right moment. I was alone and one of my worst songs were playing.

Yep!!! Definitely not the mood

I sit down for a while but I get bored. Being alone isn't so nice. I decide to go out and breath in some fresh air and clear my thoughts. I stand up but as I am about to leave someone calls me from behind.

"Bella"

"Andrew??"

Hey guys don't kill me for the cliffhanger, I just thought I haven't put a lot of cliffhangers huh. I should and then bam this came to life. A lot of stuff about to happen between Bella and Andrew.
