"What is it that you want, Daksh?" Anika asked as she descended down the stairs.
"Why did you even come down Anu? We are handling him." Anand spoke out of concern when she spoke confidently, "Papa, trust me. I will handle him!" pressing his palm in assurance as she stood next to him.

"I wanted to apologize for whatever I did Anika." Daksh told surprising everyone around him. The villain of their lives was actually trying to apologize to her? Is that even possible?
"I don't want your apology Daksh." Anika said making him look down in guilt.
"You have done wrong, not only to me but also to other women out there. This is something that I cannot forgive so easily. But if you really changed yourself and feeling apologetic, then you can apologize to your friend who blindly trusted you and considered you as her best friend. You not only cheated her but you broke her trust as well." Anika said pointing to Tia who just entered the mansion to visit the Oberois.

"I'm really sorry Tia. I shouldn't have taken advantage of our friendship. I feel so ashamed of myself." Daksh told joining his hands together and Tia replied, "I can't accept your apology. Just saying sorry isn't enough, Daksh."
"How do I prove it you guys then?" He asked breaking down for all the stupidity he had done.
"Be a good man, that's all we need." Anika and Tia told in unison.

Daksh left and the family settled in the hall trying to register how he realised his mistake so quickly. That was when Tia broke into smiles saying, "It's all because of Anika."
No one really understood what she told, waiting for her to speak they were curious to know the reason for the change in Daksh's behavior.
"Daksh's only family is his father, Mr.Kiran. Three days back, he suffered a heart stroke while driving. On her way, Anika noticed this and saved him. If not for Anika, then he wouldn't have been alive today." Tia finished and the rest smiled.
"Is Mr.Kiran doing fine now Tia?" Anika asked and she nodded back in acknowledgment. Everyone were happy that Daksh would not be troubling Anika anymore while Sid proudly announced side hugging his friend "I know my Anu is amazing!"
"Indeed she is." The rest agreed without second thoughts.

"Can we all play football like old times?" Anika asked Shivaay as the entire gang of theirs was watching a movie together that evening in the Oberoi mansion.
"You are already playing with me and now a champion in it right?" Shivaay asked remembering her daily mood swings and everyone laughed their heart out.
"I really want to play football." She sternly told crossing her arms and he couldn't deny his wife at any cost.
"Okay, as you wish." He told making her smile while the rest did not agree to them.

"Shivaay, you remember Anu is pregnant right?" Om asked out of concern, followed by the other boys. They were so protective about Anika and the baby.
"Anika let's just watch the movie." The girls told reprimanding her decision and Anika frowned much annoyed with her friends, "You guys tell you are lazy to play. Don't you give any excuses!"
"Okay fine." They all gave in not wanting to upset their friend, especially during her pregnancy.

As they walked to the lawn, they cherished their college memories, the most beautiful moments of their lives. Their fights, pranks, laughter were all their happiness, indeed those days were the best. Making arrangements for a quick game of football, they took their positions in the ground. As Anika stood in her place, Shivaay walked straight to her and picked her up in his arms making her gasp in shock.

"What are you doing Shivaay?" She whispered as she looked around their friends who were smirking and giggling at them.
"Put me down." She told but he shook his head instead.
"What are you planning to do then?" She asked fed up of seeing their friends teasing them by then.

"We are playing together, Mrs." He told softly and she couldn't deny, knowing his love and care for her and their baby. He fulfilled her wish, yet he didn't compromise her health considering her pregnancy.
"Okay but I wanted to kick the ball." She pouted like a kid making Shivaay chuckle.
"I will, for you." He told rubbing his nose against hers and she smiled widely.
"What do I get in return, Mrs.?" He asked smiling cheekily.
"All my heart, Mr." She told caressing his cheeks.
"No football then, continue your romance with your ex-girlfriend." The rest chorused in unison and the couple were flabbergasted. Did their friends already knew their precious secret of being girlfriend boyfriend or was it just random?
