Chapter 26 <3

Next morning

I woke up with a smile on my face. I'm happy to be back. And I get to see Michael today. I dressed and went downstairs. "Hey guys" "Why are you so chirpy" "I'm just happy" I responded to Bryce. Josh spoke up. "Is it to do with a certain "Brown" maybe?" I looked down and blushed. "Maybe" I smiled brightly, but my smile slowly went down as soon as Jaden and Charly came down the stairs. "Hey" I said. Blair you haven't talked to the person you loved the most in your life for 2 months and you  fucking say hey? He didn't say anything and just ignored me. Well okay then, I thought we ended on good terms. I rolled my eyes and suddenly the door opened to Michael stepping in. My eyes brightened again as he walked over. "Hey Michael" "Hey Tiger" "Tiger?" Bryce asked. "Yeah lol it's nothing" I chuckled answering. "Soo have you thought about my question?" Michael asked smirking. "Yeah yeah, I'll go with you tonight" "Go where?" josh asked. "Oh uh I asked Tige- Taylor out tonight" we both smiled and I looked over seeing Jaden rolling his eyes. Fuck you Jaden, you are living your life so let me live mine "Oh okay cool, just know Brown you hurt her and I'll cut you" Josh said sternly. Michael's eyes widened. "Josh chill we are going out tonight not marrying shit" I chuckled and he gave a smile. "You guys want to swim?" Bryce asked after a while. "Sure I'm down I'll text the girls." I texted them and went upstairs to change. When I came back downstairs no one was there except for Jaden. This is awkward. No stuff this. "In case you didn't hear me this morning I said hi" I said with a small smile. He looked up from his phone and looked me in the eye. Those blue eyes. I wanted to hug him so bad, I wanted to kiss him so bad. I miss him. I just want to feel his touch again. Our eyes stayed connected before he broke the contact by just looking at his phone again. "Jae I- Jaden I thought we ended on good terms, why are you acting like this." He still didn't answer me. "Jaden what-" I got cut off by Charly waltzing in the house. "Jae bae come swim with us!" She said touching his arm. He turned around with his back facing me and started making out with Charly. wow, unbelievable

Jaden's pov

I guess I should explain myself. I kept Blair's promise and also didn't do anything wild. On the lights out tour I hooked up with Charly and it began an occasional thing. I haven't hooked up with anyone except her. My feelings for Blair, it was still there but not so much. When I saw Blair walking into the house again all the feelings resurfaced. I forgot how much I love her. And then I remembered about Charly. Don't get me wrong I like her she is nice but yeah I can't. Seeing Blair with Michael it completely outrages me, thats why i'm not talking to her. Because I'm scared if I do I will mess everything up more. I feel like a dick using Charly but I think she knows it. I'm going to break it soon anyways.

Blair's pov

After seeing Jaden and Charly make out I felt the biggest rage in me and just wanted to hit something. I walked over to Josh. "Take my hands please" "What?" "Joshua" "Shit okay" He took my hands that were clenched in fists. "Whats going on" he whispered to me. "I'm going to fucking punch something or someone and it won't end well" "Hey listen to me, he is a dumbass, you deserve someone who will treat you right, like Michael, go on that date tonight, forget about Jaden and live your life." I nodded. He was right. I need to move on. And I won't use Michael as a rebound, he will treat me right. "Tiger" I heard Michael's voice. I turned around and saw him. I'm speechless. His abs holy shit. "Tay you're staring" Josh whispered very softly in my ear. I quickly shook my head. "Hey Michael" He then smiled. "Come onnn" he pulled my arm and we fell in the pool. We laughed and played in the pool the whole time. "Chicken let's play come on Taylor! You and Brown vs me and Addison." Bryce yelled. "Bet" I said as Michael helped me on his shoulders. His hands were on my thighs helping me stay up. Charli, Chase, Avani and Jaden were in the pool watching us fight." I pushed Addison off Bryce but as she fell she pushed me and I fell as well. When I came back up I walked backwards in the pool and bumped into something. I stood still and felt hands on my elbows, I instantly recognized his touch. My body shivered and I quickly turned around facing him. "Get away from me" I softly said pushing him away. Everyone played around further and I just sat on the step looking down with my eyes closed. That didn't help my situation at all. I kept feeling his touch on my elbows as if it never left. stop Blair just stop. He moved on. He and Charly are together now. He lost feelings and it's time you move on as well "Hey Tiger" Michael sat down next to me. "Hey" I replied with a smile. "Listen, I know you and Jaden have a history. If you aren't ready for tonight, you don't have to, I don't want you to feel bad or anything." "Michael. I honestly don't know. You seem like a really great guy and I would really like to get to know you better, but it will be taken really slow as friends because I don't want to hurt you or lead you on at all." "Hey Tiger It's fine don't worry. I'm 100% fine with being friends. I just want to get to know you" "Thank you Michael" I replied giving him a hug. "What time do I need to be ready?" "Wait so you still want to hang out with me tonight?" "Yes you idiot of course" I responded chuckling. "Okay be ready at 8" I just nodded with a smile. Then after a few hours of playing around in the pool more, everyone went back. I went upstairs and started to get ready for tonight. Since it was more of a hang out as friends I was less nervous but also excited to get to know Michael more. I took a shower and got ready putting on this

I went downstairs and Michael was already there. He had black jeans on with a black button up shirt. "Wow" he said looking at me and I kinda blushed. "Okay no doing anything and bring her home by 12" Josh spoke up like a dad. I gave him a very confused look. "Bro you okay?" I asked putting my hand on his head. "Yeah yeah whatever go" I laughed at his response. Just as Michael and I were about to walk out Jaden came down the stairs. I'm not doing this. I took Michael's hand and we went out. After a few hours we got back in the car. This was an amazing night. I now know a lot more of Michael and I can see this going further. As we drove back he suddenly searched in the side of his door for something. He then took something out which looked very familiar. I last used something like that in Texas. A vape pen. "I'm sorry are you okay with me doing this?" "Yeah Michael of course, it's fine. Would you mind if I took a hit tho?" I was actually nervous for his response. "Yeah sure, I actually have another one" he searched in his door and pulled out another one. He then handed it to me hand it felt so relaxing. "Thank you Michael" "No problem" We stopped at the driveway and went in. "Thank you so much for tonight, I really enjoyed it." "I'm glad I could help take off your mind a bit" he smiled back. I gave him a hug and went out of the car. "Hey guys" "Oh hey Tay you're back! How was it?" "It was great actually." I went and sat down on the couch in between Josh and Jaden. "What are watching" "Something random" "Oh okay". I suddenly got the urge and took out the pen from my back pocket. I took a hit and blew out the smoke. "What the fuck are you doing?" Jaden sternly said next to me. "Wow did you actually just speak to me" I sarcastically snapped before putting the pen in my mouth. I was busy taking a hit when suddenly Jaden grabbed the pen. "Not a fuck" he mumbled. I looked at him shocked. "Jaden you can't just take my stuff give it back." "No Blair, no fucking way. You're the one who said you would never do something like this and now look at you." We both started yelling at this point. "Well at least I'm not fucking other people!!" Everyone just sat there quietly. I stood up and walked to the stairs but stood still. I turned around, walked to Jaden and took the pen out of his hand. "Leave my fucking stuff alone" I screamed walking up the stairs slamming my door closed. who the fuck gave him the right. I- goodness sakes, hell he drives me insane. He is fucking toxic to me. I'm just going to sleep.
