All the truth and running away

I walk into the party room and see my dad at the bar. Then I turn my head and see Rachel chasing Nicole around everyone. I sigh and walk towards my dad
"Honey"he wraps his arm around me but I slightly move so he can't
"You ok?"he looks worried
"Ross is here"I whisper. His eyes go wide and he looks around
"How did he get out?"he whispers a little to loud
"Wait what?"I cross my arms. He looks nervous
"I uh I..."he trails off
"So you did kidnap him"I confess. He holds his drink up in surrender
"I didn't kidnap him Carly did"I shake my head in disbelief
"But you went along with it"I say a little to loudly because he pulls me away from the bar
"You want to be mad at someone be mad at Ross"I roll my eyes
"Why your the bad guy here. I will never forgive you. You made me think that he really left?"I almost start crying
"Hey he's the one who your shouldn't forgive. Why don't you ask him why he got into the car with Carly in the first place. Then come back and see who your will and will not forgive"he sips his drink and walks back to the bar. I walk back downstairs and Ross is sitting on a bench with his hands in his face
"Ross?"I almost stumble on my words. He stands up and looks at me
"I ju- I just have to ask you-. Why did you get into the car with Carly?"I almost can't say it because it scare of any answer that he gives me. He looks down
"She came over all crying. She said that it was to late to tell me. She told me that I had a son"he looks into my eyes and I stand there in shock
"I never saw him. She out blindfolds on me before I could"I stop him by putting my hand up
"It was a long car ride didn't you suspect something?"I ask. He looks around like he's guilty
"I heard a voice in the back seat. It was a little boy. He asked Carly if I was daddy"I turn around so he doesn't see me crying
"When did this- you slept-"I scramble for the right words and all he does is nod
"When?"I can barely talk by now
"The night I told your u she tried to sleep with me I guess. I don't even remember anything. Ask rydel she was there"he shouts at me. I walk upstairs and Ross follows me
"Del?"I tap her shoulder and she turns around. Everyone else looks at me
"Yeah?"she looks at me with a smile
"What happened the night I was in Yale and Ross brought Carly over?"she sighs and hands Ratliff her drink. I see Ross telling her not to tell out of the corner of my eye but I ignore it fighting tears
"Ok so I was in my room doing homework. No one was home. Then the door opened and there were people laughing. I looked downstairs and saw Ross and Carly. Carly pushed him on the couch"by this time Ross is running a hand through his hair. She continues
"I closed my door and ignored them but then they came upstairs. All I heard was kissing and a bed spring from when Ross dropped her on the bed. I'm so sorry Laura I should have told what was happening"she starts crying. I turn around and look at Ross
"So it's true"I whisper. My vision goes blurry but I refuse to cry
"No. Talk to Carly. If you go to her house and there is no boy there then it's not true. Please I'm so sorry Laura"he begs. Rachel and Nicole walk up to us
"Daddy!"Rachel hugs Ross leg
"Hey sweets"he rubs her back. She looks at me
"Come on Rachel"I sniffle then put my hand out. She takes it and we walk away from them
"Wait where we goin?"she asks but I ignore her question. She releases herself from my grip. Once she's loose I try to grab her but she runs to Ross side. I look at him one more time then walk out and catch a cab. The cab takes me home. Once I get home I close the door and slide down it letting my emotions get the best of me. I cry and scream. I change my clothes into a plaid shirt, jeans, cowboy boots, and a tank top. Then I grab my cowboy hat and run out. Leaving my phone. I walk into the barn and see that all the horses are sleeping. Yankee had a baby while I was away so I pet her quick then started walking up the hill

I look up at the sun humming the song. I walk to the hill and see Ross
I stopped Yankee and just looked out onto the horizon. I don't want to leave. I can't leave. I just hope that ross and his little kissing friend left. I really don't know what it was but I think I like him. I can't get him out of my head
"Laura?"I hear someone say my name. I turn around and see Ross looking right at me
"Oh um hey"I say awkwardly
I smile at the memory. Then I keep walking
