by now laura wrapped her arms around my neck
"we better go. dont want to be late for work"she pecks my lips just as rachel walks down
"ready?"laura asks. rachel nods then they walk to the door and leave. i walk upstairs and start getting ready for work
LAURA POV
i drive rachel to school which also happens to be my work
"ok rach after school is nicoles soccer game. its her first one"i kneel down to her height
"can i make a sign? im her biggest fan"she giggles which makes me giggle
"sure we will start after school. i wont tell nicole. shes one of my students"i say with confidence. rachel kisses my cheek then runs off to meet up with her other friends. theres emma, andrew, and jade. i stand up normal and walk to class. when i get there, i see my class in their seats
"good morning class"i set my bag down and face them
"good morning mrs lynch"all the kids say in unison. i love hearing that. even though yesturday was a disaster, ross and i are technically married
ROSS POV
i sit at my desk filled to my elbows in paper
"ross there are some people who insist on seeing you right now"delly beeps my phone. i beep her back and soon a man and a woman walk in
"hello are you ross lynch?"the man walks in and after the woman walks in he closes the door. they both sit down
"we are carlys parents"my eyes widen and i sit back
"oh"is all i could get out of my mouth
"anyway we were in town and we were wondering if you saw carlys son. his name is peter"carlys mother asks first
"um i saw them last night but only for a moment why?"i answer a question with a question
"when we went to go talk to her she seemed out of it. we even meet her tattooed boyfriend who aparently is peters father"carlys father says folding his hands
"yeah well i dont know what to do about that"i slide the papers over
"can you just call her and get her to talk or something?"he begs
"um yeah sure ill call her after work"we all stand up and her father and i shake hands. her mother nods then they walk out. i sit back down and keep working. i have account numbers to file, and i got laura and i our marrige document so we can officially be married.
LAURA POV
on my lunch break, i sit at my desk and call ross
hello?
hey rossy
oh hey lar whats up?
well after work i was wndering if you could run to the store and pick up stuff to make a soccer poster for rachel?
she wants to make a poster?
yeah
oh i will anyways sometime you have to sign the marrige document i just got it today
great i will sign them tonight
