Jennie's POV
As soon as I get home at Lisa's penthouse, I searched for the recipe book that my mom gave me when I decided to moved in here, so I can cooked for myself. I then searched for the best food that I know I can do to offer her for lunch.
I am so excited!
I prepared 'Charred Shrimp and Avocado Salad', I know Lisa is maintaning her body composure, so this is good when you are dieting, so.
I packed to a nice lunch box and I topped it with a 'Eat well, Gorgeous :3' sticky note, I instructed Connor to take me to the cafe first while waiting for lunch time, I helped a bit at the cafe while waiting.
11:50 am when I decided to hopped on the lift waiting for the ding to reached the 27th floor, I excitedly approached Kyla at the front desk, she smiled back at me and nodded for me to proceed inside.
"Hi Luna, is Lisa inside?" I asked her secretary. She stood up and bowed at me.
"Sorry Miss Jennie, but the CEO is still in her meeting" ohh! I nodded "But it will soon going to end" She smiled at me again.
"Can I wait inside?" Asking at her office.
She was still hesistant if she'll let me "it's okay, i'll just wait her outside" I started to walked outside when she called me again.
"Sorry Miss, but usually when her meeting is being held up until lunch, she'll just text me that she'll eat outside. I was actually waiting for the CEO's text before I head out for my lunch too".
"Is that so" Disappointment is written on my face "Can I atleast wait for her inside? She knows i'm coming so, I was still hoping she'll consider eating here intead of outside lunch" I even lifted the paper bag I was holding, she nodded yes to me so I started to walked inside her office, I said my thanks to Luna for letting me in.

I let you know that I will be back for your lunch
So I was still hoping you'll consider atleast
But a part of me is now shattered knowing she'll ignore me and decided to eat outside *sigh*
I let myself comfortable at her couch waiting for her to arrived. I prepared the lunch boxes to the coffee table incase she arrived.
25 minutes passed and still no signs of Lisa coming back at her office, I was about to packed again the lunch I prepared for her when someone knocked on her office door.
"Miss Jennie, the young CEO just texted that I can go to lunch already, her meeting just adjourned late" that light up my mood.
"Thanks Luna" She nodded then she dashed out at the room quickly, maybe she's already starving.
Couple of minutes passed when someone came inside without further notice.
"Luna, I already told you, you can have lunch already" She was busy with her phone that she thought I was her secretary.
"Hi Hon, your lunch is served" She was a bit startled knowing it was me, but she kept her cool.
"What are you doing here?" She blankly asked.
"I told you, i'll come back for your lunch. So here it is" I pointed at the lunch box served at her coffee table.
She continued to sit down at her swivel chair and was focused on her phone "No thanks, I already ate" that drained my hope "You can leave now, I still have a lot of things to do-- *growl*" She surprisingly looked down at her stomach.
Hmmmm. HAHAHAHA
"So you already ate" I nodded teasingly "The smell of this delicious food might have starved you again" I flashed a gummy smile on her.
"I don't want to eat" She even rolled her eyes to me.
Since when did she learned to rolled her eyes?
Hahahaha but I find it cute though!
"You said that you already ate earlier?" I teased, she averted her eyes again at her phone.
What is so important on her phone anyways?
"Just atleast try this? I've made an effort doing this" I even pouted.
"I said leave" She stern her voice indicating that she was pissed already.
Hah! I am Jennie Kim! No one can stop me!
I decided to reached my phone too and just remained unbothered.
I won't go, not unless she carried me out!
Oh Em Gee! Just the thought that she'll carry me again! aarrgghh!
"What the hell?" All I heard from her "What part of leave you didn't understand?" She looks so pissed now.
"What part of eat didn't you understand?" I backfired, she furrowed her eyebrow to me, she shook her head to me in disbelief.
"Just leave Jennie, I'm tired. So drained that I can't argue with you today" She massaged her temple.
"No, I won't leave, not unless you eat your meal. I told you earlier that you shouldn't skip a meal" she closed her eyes "Please, I would leave if you just take a bite" I pouted more, she stood up at her seat and get near the couch, she took the fork and take the shrimp with force into her mouth.
"Done. Can you leave now?" ouch! That is so harsh. I looked down.
I stood up from my seat "Are you that determined to get me out of your sight?" I flashed a weak smile infront of her "You can throw that out. Just please order something to eat. Don't skip meal, please" I looked at the lunch boxes again.
I can't believe that my effort will go to waste
"I'll come back here tomorrow morning to personally deliver your coffee and breakfast, or if you want, I can just give it to your secretary. I am not asking for your permission, so you have no right to tell me to stop" I smiled at her again bitterly "You take care, Hon" after that I leave her office door without looking back.
She didn't even munched the food
I was hurt!
That lunch are made of love!

But she didn't accepted it!
Guessed i'll be eating lunch again alone, I actually considered eating lunch with her *sigh*.
But that wouldn't stop me from pursuing her
I will do anything to get you back hon!

Lisa's POV
As soon as Jennie leave my office, I felt something was been stabbed in my heart when I looked at her eyes, she wast hurt.
Aarrghh! I am too!
But why is it more painful seeing her eyes hurting?
I slumped myself on my couch when she shut the door closed, I stared at the lunch boxs at the coffee table before I munched the shrimp in my mouth.
Hmmm, it's tasty!
To my surprise, I took the fork again and started digging on the lunch box she brought. Seems like I was really hungry from then, I am now nearing to cleared out the lunch box when I notice a sticky note placed on top of the tupper wear.
'Eat well, Gorgeous :3'
I shook my head in disbelief, What is she really up to?.
Her hurt eyes came flashing back again on my mind.
I'm sorry Jennie, I didn't mean to hurt you
When I finished the meal she made, I decided to washed it cleaned myself. I kept the sticky note in my drawer, as I leaned on my sviwel chair and closed my eyes, my sleep is now taking me to a dreamland. Zzzzzz.
