It's morning again, Emily was on her way to lab 7 when she stopped at the cafeteria to get her lunch. Dan was waiting there.
" Hey look over there " said Dan
Emily turned her head in the direction Dan was pointing, and she saw Wayne. He was cleaning the floor.
" What about him ? " Asked Emily
" Go and talk to him. " Dan replied
" Why ? No !! Let's go to work. " Emily told Dan
" Don't be a wuss, go and talk to him, it's only 9.20. " said Dan while looking at her watch
" I don't want to talk to him. End of discussion. " Said Emily
" Ok let's go to work. " Dan replied with disappointment
" Wait, I need to pick up my lunch. " She went inside. When she came back Dan wasn't there, she was talking to Wayne. Then she saw Dan pointing at her. She waited there for Dan.
" What did you say to him ? " Asked Emily
" Well I said that You want to invite him for a coffee this evening. " said Dan
" What ? Why ? Are you crazy? Why did you say something like that ? " Emily asked
" Because you don't have the courage to ask him out. " Dan replied
" What did he say ? " Asked Emily
" Oh!! Now you want to know what he said, don't you? That's funny. " said Dan
" Come on please tell me.... " Said Emily with enthusiasm
" Well.... don't be sad, He said he is not interested in going out with someone who is hesitant to ask directly. He would like to go out with someone who have a bit of courage. " said Dan
The smile faded from Emily's face. She looked a little bit angry. She walked quickly towards him.
" Hey " she called Wayne
He heard her and turned around
" If I want to ask someone out I will ask myself. And I don't even want to ask you out. Nothing she said to you about me is true. It was her idea, not mine, to ask you out on a date with me. " said Emily
" Ummm...Who asking who out ? I don't know what you are talking about. " Said Wayne
" What ? What did you talk about ? " Emily got confused
" She said she lost her earings. And if I find it I should return it to her or you " said Wayne
She stood there for few seconds, speechless. " Oh.... Ok...... It was a total misunderstanding. " She said with a chuckle. In reality she wanted the earth to swallow her.
" It's ok.... No problem. " he replied with a smile
" I'm sorry if I was a bit rude. " Said Emily
" It's ok, I can understand. It's cool. Have a nice day. " Wayne replied
" Again I'm sorry. " and then she walk towards Dan quickly
" You.... You are so fucked up. " she said to Dan
Dan started to laugh " What did you say to him ? " She asked Emily
" Well I was a little rude, and told him I don't want to go out with him. " Emily replied
" I'm gonna kill you, just keep that in mind. " she countinued
