"Woo!" Ben cheered as he popped the cork off of the champagne bottle that rested in the palms of his hands. He danced around the living room, messily pouring the alcohol into everyone's glasses.

The atmosphere in the Academy was something it had never been before; Not in the Umbrella timeline, nor the Sparrow timeline. For the first time in the Academy's existence, the atmosphere was joyous. The two families had finally united and were celebrating their success with dancing and alcohol. Well, all except for Allison, of course, who was merely observing from the sidelines.

Luther grabbed a second champagne bottle and shook it vigorously, before popping the cork and spraying the foam through the air.

Lila wrapped her arms around Number Five and Number Eight, hugging them closely to either side of her body. A great, Cheshire Cat-like grin grew on her face. "Aw, as much as I hate you guys, I love you guys. You're so cute!"

Number Eight couldn't help but giggle at Lila, feeling a giddy intoxication dancing its way through her body

Number Eight couldn't help but giggle at Lila, feeling a giddy intoxication dancing its way through her body. "I hate you too Lila, but really, we could be good sisters, you know. I think." The white-haired girl hiccuped, hugging Lila's side tightly.

"Me too, shithead sis. Me too." Lila kissed the top of Number Eight's head happily before skipping across the room towards Diego.

Number Eight took a moment to pause, looking around the room and the people who surrounded her.

Number Five was stood beside Number Eight with his arm wrapped around her neck, his hand resting limply on her shoulder. He was grinning happily as he lightly bopped his head to the music, sipping away at his alcoholic drink and occasionally kissing the side of Number Eight's temple affectionately. Number Eight felt her heart glow as she looked at Number Five. She had rarely seen him so happy, and a smile most certainly suited him.

For once, Luther and Diego were not arguing or bickering with one another about who was 'Number One'

For once, Luther and Diego were not arguing or bickering with one another about who was 'Number One'. In fact, they were dancing and joking with one another whilst merrily drinking their alcohol. Lila began to join in with them once she had smothered Number Five and Number Eight in her cuddles. She was singing 'Another One Bites the Dust' by Queen obnoxiously loud, but everyone in the room was too happy to complain.
