The first thing I did when I got home was shower because I needed one. After all the sweating from cleaning and partying, it felt good to be clean.
I didn't want to do much with my hair and outfit. Just something that made me look cute but comfy as well. Today was overall a little chilly.
I decided on going with a purple crop top and some light-wash jeans. For accessories, I added a little white bag and then put a claw clip in my hair and created a half-up half-down look.
I hear a beep near the front, walked downstairs and out the door to be greeted by the one and only Ace Sterling.
He looked good and I mean good. He had a solid white shirt on and it was paired with black baggy jeans. He didn't have any accessories except the rings he always wears and the light-faded silver chain.
"Looking good Mia," he says with his head popped out of the window.
"Whatever," I say and a blush creases across my face.
"So which one are we going to do first?"
"I think I wanna thrift first and then we can study."
"Uh, that's so boring why don't we play a board game at my house after we thrift."
"Ace, darling we just did that. Are you sad that you got beaten in monopoly by a girl?"
"No I am not, I just don't wanna do work."
"And that's the best idea that you had, playing a board game."
"Yep, isn't it brilliant?"
"No, I think deep down in that little heart of yours you are sad you got beat by me."
"Okay fine I am only a little bit."
"Come again,"
"I'm a little embarrassed that you beat me."
"One more time didn't catch that."
"I am embarrassed Mia that you beat me!"
"I know," I say and rest my head back on the headrest.
The thrift store was about 30 minutes away from our house and it is taken forever. That might be because it is one of the most popular one's ever. I read in a blog once about how there is this person with loads of money who just goes and just collects expensive pieces at other thrift stores and then makes her store. She has been doing that for the past 10 years and every five she randomly picks a state to sell the stuff at and I guess we got lucky that she picked our state.

"When I sent you and Blake last night to get snacks in the kitchen did, he say anything by any chance."
