"I feel okay when I see you smile"

Hareem:
I was sleeping soundly until I felt a feather like touch on my skin. I turned my face away to get away from it, but it got only more. I groaned and heard a light chuckle. I squinted my eyes open and saw my husband's face close to me. He said in a rasped voice
"Good morning beautiful". I blinked my eyes at him and asked groggily
"What was that tingly feeling?" He flashed a rose in front of me and ran it lightly over my face. I turned my face again and he again chuckled. The rose came from the bouquet that was gifted to us from one of our relatives when we went to there home last night for our dawat. I asked him
"Since when are you awake?" He answered
"Since half an hour". I gasped and said exasperated
"You've been running this rose over my face for 30 minutes". He shrugged like it was the most casual thing to do. I looked at the time and it was close to nine now. I sat up, but he wrapped his arms around me from behind and rested his face in the hallow of my neck. I sighed and asked him
"Don't tell me you're feeling sleepy now". He nodded his head and I shoved him away. He fell back down on the bed and patted the space next to him. I took my dupatta and wrapped it around my myself and got up from the bed. He said in a sleepy voice
"Hareem come let's sleep for more". I clicked my tongue and said
"No it's late. I'll go downstairs". He looked at me and and I raised a brow at him. His head fell over the pillow and he grumbled
"You're being unfair". A ghost of a smile made its way on my face and I said
"You disturbed me and now I'm leaving you alone so that you can sleep". I made my way toward the bathroom when I heard him mumble
"Like you didn't enjoy it". I smiled more widely if that was possible. I entered the bathroom and stood in front of the shower. After having a nice bath, I brushed my teeth and came out. My husband was sleeping peacefully. I decided not to disturb him and started to tangle my hairs. I applied some light pink lip balm and wore my ring which Rohaan gifted me some days before. It was a beautiful ring. He bought same rings for both of us. I admired my ring and saw his ring set at the dressing table. It was a simple platinum one while mine had a small stud.

I wore it and then went toward him

I wore it and then went toward him. He was still sleeping and I decided to let him sleep till the breakfast is ready. I headed downstairs and saw that Dilawar Uncle was reading his newspaper. I greeted him and he smiled at me and asked
"Is Rohaan still sleeping?" I nodded my head at him and went to the kitchen. Phupho was making the preparations for the breakfast. I greeted her and said
"Phupho let me make the breakfast". She nodded her head and let me take over. I have started to help her with the house chores now. I really don't like it that she and Hafsa do all the work by themselves. She was making tea when Hafsa came. She was dressed in her office clothes. She joined the office after one week of our marriage. Affan Bhai was on a work trip when we get married, so he couldn't attend our wedding. Hafsa was a little dejected, but we all cheered her up. After the breakfast was ready, Hafsa helped me with breakfast assembling. By the time Rohaan had come to the table too. He winked at me and k blushed as I know why I was gifted with his infamous wink. We all sat down and commence with the breakfast.
